I came in here to get my acrylic nails "filled" and for a much needed pedicure. I received great service and even got a nice massage while my nails were under the drier. During the pedi they used this cute little plastic device where they attached a one-time use pumice stone. there were enough pedicure chairs so there would never be a very long wait. I will come back here when I am in the area. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. read more

This is a great place for the money! It is not beautiful but good staff and decent prices of course cheaper on Mon-wed for Mani pedi around $22 nice! They give messages $1 a minute and it is well worth it! Its great place if you are in the area! P.S. Davidis a dream at the pedi's! read more

I must say for the most part they are very nice here. The prices seem a bit high. The owner is a very nice man, extremely well mannered and courteous. The issue I have is that all but one of the technicians I have seen here seem to have a bit of an attitude about doing my nail services. I have longer than average nails, and this seems to present quite a problem for them, evidenced by their incessant huffing and eye rolling. I am quite put off by this behavior. I pay extra for my length, and am a generous tipper. Their pedicurist Nancy is quite excellent, and very friendly. Her English is not the best, but unlike the other techs she will speak with YOU and not all the other techs. At least she tries to make you comfortable, and enjoys your company and conversation. All in all, not a bad place..just not for me. I would think that after 100's of tiny nails, having something different and a slight challenge , would be something they would enjoy. read more

This is the worst place to go to. I went in for tips. The lady at counter said 45 minute wait. I was fine with that i even said let me get a pedicure while i wait. After my pedicure I waited 35 minutes before and lady came to me and said are you waiting for tips i said yes. Then another 15mintues before i said can anyone do it. The lady at the counter did my nails first i don't think she knew how to do nails because she didn't no what powder to use and she took for ever to file one nail. After i was done i was drying i felt like they were loose so i said something she said no its fine. The next day i went back and showed her not only did my nails come off my actual nails went with it. The sides wasn't painted and my pinky looks like my nails haven't been done in a week. I spoke with her and she wouldn't fix it or do anything because i didn't have the receipt, the night before i went they were closing thats why she was rushing and she said do u need copy i said no because i didn't think i did. Horrible customer service. I went here for a manicure and the same day my nail broke. When I went in the next day for it to be fixed they wanted to charge me to fix the nail. If you want a good manicure go elsewhere read more

I've been a patron at this salon since it opened..been through a few owners this owner is the most unprofessional individual i have encounted! After making appt in advance several time my requested practioner has been taken away from performing her service to attend to another patron! A few times i have allowed it but i refused to this time..i am a long standing customer and I'm extremely frustrated with this practice...i choose my practioner and make an appt for a reason...is it necessary for anyone to have to verify these concerns in the middle of the service??? I really dislike this place. It's right near my house & I refuse to get my nails done here. I've been there three times & those three times I've had nothing but issues. I walked in there once I stood near the door waiting for someone to acknowledge me - I waited for at least 5 minutes & not one person acknowledged me so I walked out. Their hours are weird too. They're not opened 7 days a week. I feel like a nail salon should definitely be open 7 days! I don't recommend this place at all. read more

This place is awesome for anything you want done to your nails. I usually get my pedicures from Nancy because she gives a really long and awesome massage with it. Jet does the best permanent french nails. He is like an artist with your nails. I wouldn't trust anyone else! I love going there for some "me" time! I have been going to this salon for years and the owners are wonderful people, however they change nail techs often. As of late, their technicians are not up to snuff. I decided to give them another chance. I went in for a pedicure and a gel fill. First the girl who did my pedicure, cut me as she cut my nails and dug so hard with the tool that she was hurting me. Then the girl (Judy) who did my nails was nasty, unprofessional and a terrible tech. At one point during the manicure, I blew on my nails to get the dust off and Judy nastily said "Why you blow in my face?" I apologized and said, Sorry I didn't mean to do that. When she filed my nails there was the dust from the filing and instead of her pushing it into the well, she took a deep breath and blew it across the table at me on spite. By this time I was livid. The owner passed by and said, is everything good this time and I said no, it is not. Not only was she nasty, but she did a terrible job on my nails. I would never "not" tip someone for the work that they did do but just reduce the amount. When I went to hand her the $5 tip, she nastily said, no, no and refused it. I said no take it, you worked for it even though I'm not satisfied. I went to give it to her and she threw it back at me and walked away. I was really upset now and the owner came over, he even followed me outside to apologize for her behavior. I told him, until he got better help, I would not be back....furthermore it was $72. Do not go there!!! Their prices fluctuate and are different every time. Its a shame because the owners are nice people. read more

I've been coming here for a long time and I do everything my eyebrows lip my nails and my toes. Everytime I have a question about something the technicians would never understand, their English is horrible. Every time I do my nails there's a problem. Majority of the time they roll their eyes and get very angry about my concerns about my nails. The worst part is I asked for French and the line was not straight at all. They also seem to have a problem with getting the tips even and there isn't a variety of colors. Other than that it's a good place. There's a woman I believe her name is "Jing" she is excellent and very friendly and the boss as well. read more

I went in today to have my nails done. I saw a woman named Lily. I do not recommend her. My hands weren't relaxed enough for her, and when I would tense up involuntarily, she would get frustrated visibly and audibly by putting her hands down in an obvious fashion, and sighing. I tried to point something out to her using my hand and she took my hand and basically tried to shove it back into the light. While doing this, my hand hit the light and she groaned about it even though my nails were fine. It was not my fault that my hand hit into the light had she not shoved my hand. I don't pay good money for attitude. If and when I go back here, I will see Amy instead. read more
