You pay for what you get here, which is great work and no shady processes. For example, they don't do harsh removals where they use a tip to rip off your old acrylics, they only do soak-offs--saving you pain and setting you up with a good foundation for a new set. I initially posted a not-so-great review due to the lack of quoting (after asking explicitly for a quote) and the price of the set ($120 before tip). Overall, I feel this is a decent nail salon. The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of seats for pedicures and stations for manicures. However, I think they should put up a website where it lists the prices on the menu (that I received after asking for) as well as the expectations of the visit. I also think it's strange that some nail technicians in the salon wear gloves and others don't. If you're handling bodily fluids and skin, it's probably a great idea to wear medical gloves and change them often. I think the salon did a great job and has good quality nails - I just believe the overall customer experience could be more transparent.

The prices were as to be expected and the staff all gave an estimate as they started which I appreciate. My daughter had picked out a nail design and Steven was able to match it perfectly. I expressed concerns about a possible reaction to acrylics and Mia was able to suggest an alternative that allows me the longer nail I wanted. She also was able to recreate a design I picked. Ruby was so detail oriented with the pedicure and my feet feel fantastic.
