Such a TERRIBLE experience! We had rented a bus from Zach for 4 hours that my friend had planned for weeks. We entered the bus and NOTHING worked to our surprise - the lights, tv and the music didn't work for 2 hours. So, we had to ride in silence while trying to contact Zach, who claimed everything worked before we entered the bus and then tried to blame us and our driver, Moses to be the issue and not taking responsibility for the lack of training of his employees. He was so rude, unprofessional, and non-accommodating to our situation. He still made our party pay the FULL amount. & now that he's seeing our reviews - he's decided to give us a SMALL refund, which does not solve the problem (in my opinion) because of all the arguing and back and forth we had to go through with Zach that night. We rented a Cadillac Escalade limo for my 45th birthday. When I first called in and talked with Zazh he was very helpful and explained everything in detail. We talked a few times and put 1/2 down for a deposit. The following week and a few days before we had the limo we paid the remainder. My birthday night arrives and our driver was Julio Cesar. He showed up a bit early and called me saying he would wait in the neighborhood but I had him come over so we could take pictures. He arrived and the car was sweet. We took many pictures and then took off for a cruise of the Monterey bay with stops at a few restaurants and bars. Julio Cesar was a great driver and made our night wonderful. Zach and VJ more than came through for my birthday party two weeks ago - we had the best time! Wine opener to champagne flutes to ice was all provided and made our party of 13 very happy the entire time from SF to the east bay and to our show. We hired Best Way for a few shuttles for our wedding a couple months before the event date. Zach called me (the bride) two days before my wedding claiming he can no longer supply the shuttle buses we already paid for because he just 'google mapped' the route and there was low tree limbs and the roads were too narrow and windy for the shuttles. Zach called multiple times while I was at work and I was unable to answer. Once I was able to contact him after work, Zach immediately started yelling at me telling me it was my fault and that I should have told him about the route. He then demanded I pull over to talk with him. He was very rude, horribly unprofessional and continually yelling at me that I had to have my then fiancé talk to him to sort things out as he wouldnt stop screaming at me and made me cry after being overwhelmed so close to the wedding date. That conversation continued with my fiance with him blaming me for not telling him about the route and that they cant take the shuttles up there. Even after my fiance and the venue owner watched full size buses, a semi with cattle trailer and several large tree trimming box trucks with trailers go up with 0 issue, Zach persisted they couldnt do it saying it's for safety reasons. My fiance sorted things out and we ended up with 1 sprinter shuttle and 2 SUV's for the ride up to the venue. This was an agreeable compromise. The day of the wedding, the shuttle driver repeatedly asked me where he was supposed to go and when. I directed him to contact my fiance as I was sitting in the shuttle with my brides maids all dressed up and should not be answering questions like that. That's basic info that should have been dispatched to the driver. My fiance had to tell them where to go and where to meet and stopped at the meeting point to make sure things were sorted while on his way up to the wedding venue. The 2 SUV's were dirty and 1 of the drivers barely had any info. other then our name and the 1st pick up location. The drivers were somewhat friendly though. We had a guest lose a cell phone in a shuttle and the driver kept it safe until he was able to get it back to the guest. Lastly, the shuttling back down after the event still needed a bit of direction from my now husband. He had to leave the wedding party a few times to talk to or answer calls from the driver to give him info and keep them on schedule for dropping passengers off while ensuring they finished within the contracts time frame. Skip to today where he messages my husband and calls several times to get him to have me change my review. TLDR: Makes changes last minute due to THIER lack of planning, likes screaming at people and expect to do some work in the day of the event to keep things sorted. My husband was invited on a wine tour through one of his work vendors. They rented the big Party Bus for a group to go and tour Livermore's wine country. The Bus was clean and spacious and came complete with a stripper pole and extremely loud stereo system. Make your own play list cd. There was no IPod hook up. Our first song to start the day off was Eye of the Tiger. I didn't make the play list, trust me. I'm a Lou Reed stare at the bottom of my glass kind of play list drinker. Not a Brittany Spears remix kind of drinker. As the tour continued so did the debauchery. Stripper pole swinging and hanging from the ceiling hand holds was happening. Only to the dismay of the driver, who at one point pulled over to scold those who were hanging from the "rafters". My husband and I were behaving very well. For all involved I thankfully don't like wine. Otherwise, I would have been dancing like a fool. We toured around to 3 wineries and then everyone else on the Bus wanted to just drive around dancing. I was ready to be off the bus at this point but everyone else was having fun. A few things noted are, there was no IPod hook up like I said. There was no regular plug either. I needed to "pump" at some point during the day and I couldn't. The driver also said he wished there was an electric outlet also so he could use his laptop while the customers were in the winery. The speakers get very, very loud. I wished that I had ear plugs at the end. It was to loud Our driver kept the bus clean at every stop. Someone on our bus spilled pre mixed Margarita and the floor was so sticky and gross. It helped to stick your shoes to the bus floor while moving around. The driver did a great job cleaning it up. At the end we said thank you and that I had a great time. Some people on our bus was not happy with the treatment of the driver. I was very happy but maybe because I wasn't fall over drunk. Actually, I only had 3 glasses of Champagne. Shocking! I would use this company if I needed a car service. They are kind of out of the way from where live but I would definitely get a price quote from them for future events. I was spoiled by my last limo company I used so this one has a tall order. I booked a round trip ride from SFO area to Pebble Beach. The van I ordered was Mercedes Benz Sprinter 12 passenger. Inside was gorgeous and very spacious. Do not use their service!!!!! The company owners are extremely unprofessional and rude. We rented a party bus for my friends birthday and their sound system wasn't working/the bus driver had no idea how to turn it on. We wasted 2 hours trying to get music to work and had them drop us off at a brewery while they figured it out. When they were finally able to make it work at 12:30, they gave us 3 hours and dropped us off around 3:30. We had paid for 4 hours of the party bus and asked the owner to refund us, which he agreed on the phone the night off. Fast forward two days later and they refused to at least refund an hour (since we only got 3 hours of music). The owner Zach was extremely rude and unprofessional. Hello Best Way Limo, Two weekends ago I travelled to San Fransisco to attend the beautiful wedding ceremony of very dear friend. After the ceremony and reception the couple had booked a bus through your company to transport some of the wedding guests to the afterparty down town. The following is a review of the experience we had in the hopes it will help your company provide fun & memorable experiences for your clients in the future. When everyone got on the bus one of the wedding guests--who had been working on a playlist for 2 months specifically to be played on the bus--plugged her phone into the music apparatus at the back of the bus. Initially it didn't work but after some fiddling around it started to play the first song. About half way through the song it stopped playing. Multiple people on the bus then spent the next 10 or so minutes trying to get it to work. At that point I walked to the front of the bus to ask the driver to help us or play the radio in the meantime. After another person suggested the same several minutes later, the driver did pull over at the next opportunity and come back to assist. He was not immediately successful but with some time fiddling eventually it started to play. Everyone was SO happy and cheered as he walked to the front of the bus. However, the song didn't even finish before it stopped playing for the second time. We were never able to get it to work from there on out and the driver did not make any further attempts to remedy the situation. To be frank, the lack of music was extremely disappointing. I've never been on a "party bus" before but I'm pretty sure that having music is pretty central/important to the entire experience. The bride in particular was SO looking forward to this particular moment--the one made possible by your companies promise- and while she tried to stay positive and not let it affect the happiest and most important night of her life it was impossible for everyone to not get a little down about the whole experience. I understand that sometimes stuff happens and there's nothing that can be done about it. Believe me, I rarely ever complain or write emails like this. One of the most disappointing parts of the experience other than the lack of music was the driver's response (or lack of) response to the situation. I would have been much more sympathetic to the situation-and I wouldn't be writing this email- had I felt like the driver had done all in his power to correct the problem. First off, he saw us trying to get the music working before he even took off and he didn't say anything or address the situation at all. I'd think maybe something that a driver of a "party bus" should do is make sure everything is in working order BEFORE leaving as I know it is difficult to pull over in a rig that size. It took two people asking him for assistance in order for him to reluctantly try to help. Then--when the music stopped again less than 2 minutes later--he didn't take it upon himself to find another spot to pull over and try again. I can only imagine how draining it must be to drive a "party bus" for a living...day in and day out deal with the people who are probably in rare form... However, if I were in that line of work I hope I would find a way to feed off other's joy and happiness in the moment. I know that's easier said than done but these two people are some of the most selfless, generous, joy-seeking individuals I know and I only wish that your company had worked harder to enhance that experience for them instead of detract from it. Additionally, the driver did not drive us around for 45 minutes as per the agreement but since there was no music that wasn't an issue at that moment. The lack of music really made it so that the entire experience was a really large, really expensive taxi...nothing more. I'm also not convinced that there wasn't a way we could have made the music work (connected via bluetooth, etc.) if we'd been more familiar with the system. That's where the driver comes in and in my opinion is a MAJOR part of the job. Everything we tried to do didn't work and the driver made ZERO attempt to help other than the one time when he had to be specifically asked to do so. I'm also confused why there's no way to play the radio in a party bus situation....? Or a backup bluetooth speaker. That could have gone a LONG way in saving the situation. If it was my business, I would make sure every bus has multiple ways to play music as a backup. It was also apparent the cord was SO old, frayed, and only worked every so often when held in the exact right position. I've had many auxiliary cords in my personal truck do the same thing and I think if you want to successfully run a business like you are you should have regular equipment checks and replace those cords regularly. It is a small expense compared to providing your clientele with the experience you advertise. read more

All 16 of them could either 1) not accommodate the size of my group. 2) were overly priced. 3) had terrible customer service. My friends rented a 30-35 passenger bus for a co ed bachelorette/bachelor party last weekend and were very pleased with their choice of companies. The bus arrived on time, was super clean & stocked with the essentials. Our driver was very friendly and took us on a great route, stopping at all the best views in the city. Our bus had no tints on the windows, so every stop we made strangers were commenting on how Turnt we were, definitely a club on wheels. San Leandro High 2019 Prom was successful thanks to Bestway Limo Service. I organized a limo service for my son and his friends to take a 4 hr tour into San Francisco before prom started. We made an itinerary which Zach helped me with. I also negotiated pricing with Zach who worked with me to make it affordable for the kids. Because of Zach's help I was able to rent the Mercedes Sprinter instead of a stretch. The kids were so excited when the Sprinter rolled up as they were expecting a stretch limo. I also organized for a pick up with the Escalade SUV, and about an hour b4 pick up, Zach text me that the kids would be picked up in the Sprinter! How cool is that. I met Zach LAST year when both my boys went to prom so I did not hesitate to call him again this year. The kids were so excited and enjoyed the ride around the city as they took many cool pictures. Second, nobody forced the driver to pull over we have videos on the bus and not once will you hear us force him or hear him say anything. He pulled over willingly as previously mentioned. Third, we advice you to contact the lawyer that the booker provided. Also, not everyone was drunk so don't assume because I didn't have anything to drink. I was well aware what was going on and had a seat RIGHT BEHIND THE DRIVER. Lastly, we never received a limousine and or party bus per what you stated, instead we were surprised with a charter bus. Also, we never signed a contract so technically we are entitled to our money. And if you have videos don't hesitate to send them, show us.
