My only problem is the cleanliness of these older cars - the newer one are relatively clean but not always in the shape I'd like to see if I'm paying good money and believe me these tides can get expensive. My last few rides have been awkward at best - the floor of the last cab was dirty and the body was dented not in good shape at all and the other cabs had an off smell and I had to have the window rolled down and I'm thinking will I get bugs on me. Eww The drivers are pretty nice and the music is relaxing but if you want my money having a clean car is number one. After soo many issues with this company I downloaded the Uber App and let me tell you the difference between Uber owned cars and yellow cab is like night and day. Uber is comparable in price but the cars are consistently clean the music is relaxing and the drivers are nice too and that makes for a nice comfy ride to my destination. Get it together yellow cab get rid of al those outdated disgusting cabs clean them all up now ! or you will lose !!! there is way too much competition now to be playing around. I will refuse the next cab if they are not up to my standards - and will I use this company again is questionable.

Another time my husband gave the cab driver 2 $ 20 bills = $40 for a $22 fee. The driver said he had no change. I have a feeling he was fibbing. Looks like it's time to start looking into other driving companies.

The guy kept changing the story about how it was $3 per mile and then told us that he would charge us the $40 after asking if we didn't have the $65 but we had to pay right in that moment and he gave me such a weird and creepy look as if he wanted to do something so we got off.
