I found them years ago and relied on their service exclusively for the past five years, post COVID. They have NEVER missed a pickup either from my home or from the airport at any hour. Toufik arrives early but never rushes us and makes sure to check airline flight status which was wonderful since our flight arrived 45 min early. His car is always so clean. The first person we thought of to call when we needed a car service to LAX and to pick us up at LAX on our return trip was Toufik at On Demand Car Service. We had the pleasure of using his service on our previous trip, and we couldn't imagine using anyone else. On our previous trip, we made the mistake of using a taxi to take us home from the airport. That was literally the scariest ride we have ever taken, and we felt lucky to be alive when we got home. The taxi driver was maniacal and was zooming in and out of lanes on the streets and on the freeway. He was speeding and then would slam on his brakes. He was angrily honking his horn at other drivers. My husband and I were digging our fingernails into the seat in front of us, as we hung on for our lives. We said "never again." From now on we will, without question, have Toufik of On Demand Car Service pick us up at our home AND pick us up at the airport. When I called Toufik to make our reservations with him, despite it being almost two years since we last saw him on our last trip, he remembered that my husband is a dog trainer. He has had many passengers in the last 1-1/2 years, but he remembered us. That was amazing. Toufik is so friendly, congenial and professional. He arrives usually 30 minutes prior to our pre-arranged time (but he doesn't notify you because he doesn't want you to feel hurried). He just gets there early because he never wants to be late, and his customers can have reassurance he has arrived. He just patiently and quietly waits outside in his SUV for you. He is always professionally dressed in a suit, and his vehicle is always spotless and smells very clean. He wears a mask to keep us safe, and is a very calm and safe driver, who also knows shortcuts if traffic is backed up. Some added benefits of hiring a car service like Toufik's is that, with the new rules at LAX, limousines and car services are some of the selected few categories of vehicles that are allowed in the horseshoe shaped terminal area. When he dropped us off at our terminal, the airport seemed empty, with hardly any cars. It was so peaceful and wonderful! And on return to LAX, all we had to do after we retrieved our luggage was cross the small street out front and walk to the second curb, then text Toufik as to which numbered pole we were standing next to (e.g., 2G). Then within a minute or so, Toufik pulls up right where we are and loads us and all our luggage into his SUV, and we're on our way home, safe and sound with Toufik at the wheel. Another reassuring thing Toufik does is communicate by text that he has arrived at the airport, even before our plane landed. He also texted that he was monitoring our flight and saw that it would be late to arrive, but that he would be waiting for us whenever we landed. All in all, if you want a very safe, calm, professional and luxurious ride to and from the airport, it's worth every penny for your safety and peace of mind. read more

Our first experience with an Executive Car service was with On Demand, and we've used this company ever since. Our driver, Toufik, is extremely professional, thoughtful and friendly. He's personally helped me carry my wife and child to/from the airport over Thanksgiving and Christmas. I'll continue to use him as he's such a trustworthy gentleman who's puts his clients first while providing VIP service. On our last airport return, he even pre-installed a car seat for our son so I didn't have to install ours from baggage claim, which was perfect because I was so exhausted from our trip.
