I was worried because we landed 10 minutes later than expected, were seated in the back of the plane and had a bunch of checked bags but Nicole was very communicative during the pick up process and ended up picking us up right outside baggage claim about 5 minutes before our scheduled time. My wife and I and our two daughters had rides booked from an LA area hotel to Disneys Grand Californian Hotel (7am pickup) and from Disneys Grand Californian Hotel (3:30am pickup) during the trip. We used LAX black cars for our private car service to and from LAX airport. We needed a large black SUV due to the combo of the amount of people and the size of our luggage. The car looked great inside and out and was such a comfortable ride on both trips. We had Jon as our driver for both trips and it was great and he was so patient with us on are landing back at LAX as it was a little bit confusing on where passengers should go after baggage claim. I used this service for both airport drop off and pickup to and from a Encino and I was very pleased with everything. Specifically I reserved a full sized Escalade which was spotless on inside and outside. I did not get an email confirmation so I was a little worried but then I was contacted by text for confirmation on day of. The drivers were punctual and very polite. One thing to be aware of is when you pay they give three default options for tip which were 25, 35 and 45%. I realize this is a luxury service but 25% on the low end seems kind of ridiculous. Either way they will definitely be my go-to when traveling for more than a long weekend when I would otherwise just park at LAX. The price and service are more than justified. read more

LAX Black Cars eliminated the guesswork or fear. I booked online about 10 hours prior, and after a quick 2-minute call with their office to confirm particulars, I was all set. We used LAX Black Car to pick us up from LAX and drive us to our San Pedro hotel. The communication was excellent. Our driver David texted us the night before with his number. When we landed he texted us to advise him when we picked up our bags. Then when we had our bags he instructed us where to go and text him the number of the pick area we were waiting in. He texted us photos of his vehicle and license plate. He arrived very well dressed and his vehicle was impeccable. He assisted with our luggage and once we were in the vehicle he offered us water and asked if the temperature in the vehicle was comfortable for us.
