The estimated price is reasonable but the final price went up almost three times. Everything was subject to extra charge, e.g. vacuum was an extra $60, cleaning one fan was an extra $25, and so on. I have used their services before and they did an incredible job. I had decided to use them again and was greatly disappointed. They initially showed up an hour late, they cleaned the floors well but there was a lot of things they did incorrectly. I wouldn't have had much of an issue with it but the owner claimed that I had left my kitchen Matt in the garage, that my washing machine was broken and the girls thought that I would want the old coffee in my coffee maker for later. read more

Honest Review.. I needed a cleaning service on a Saturday without notice and I spoke with the gentleman who said he can send the three ladies over. He promised that they could do a deep cleaning and could stay as long as a I needed. Unfortunately that was not the case as they were late due to the dispatcher giving them the wrong address and also one of the ladies had to be at the bus terminal at a certain time. Overall the ladies did a good job but could not clean the closets as I requested due to time constraints. I also noticed that the showers were not thoroughly cleaned nor my petting eating area. The language barrier was a quite an issue as I could not properly communicate my needs. I probably would not use them again due to the gentleman that booked my service over promising and under delivering. I actually attempted to call him with my concerns after the ladies arrived and received no answer nor a call back. read more

As far as surface cleaning, that was done to expectation as that seems to be what they specialize in but it was not what I had asked for. They sent 3 ladies that stayed less than 2 hours even though I was charged for 2. I was scheduled to receive a deep clean yet they didn't clean the outside of the fridge, the vent over the stove, medicine cabinets (which I left the doors wide open on) and several other key places that I pointed out but should not have had to. They were not detail oriented at all and we had a language barrier as I don't speak Spanish. When I called them back, I never even received a response. read more

I made an appointment weeks in advance for move in services. Another client came along and they called to see if they could change the time. I said I scheduled early for a reason and really needed the 8am time. They cancelled. Unreliable. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I have had numerous cleaning services in my home over the years. This was the worst cleaning service I have ever had. The 3 women who came did not do anything but swipe a cloth over some of the surfaces of some of the rooms. There was still a layer of dust on the furniture of a room they obviously did not enter. The outside of the stove had visible dirt on it when they were "finished." The owner was rude, insulting and argumentative. She refused to remedy the situation. read more

I ordered a deep move in cleaning. Three girls spent 3 hours in my new house, did not use any cleaners, used dirty wet rags to smear dust and dirt all over the surfaces I asked to be disinfected, left stains on the window treatments, did not wipe the dirt from the windows, staircase, around doors, and left food stains from the previous owners in the fridge. When I pointed all that and more out to them they cursed me out in Spanish and proceeded to lazily use the same dirty wet rag to spear that dirt around some more. I called the owner and she told me I am rude and her girls do a good job. She insulted me in many ways trying to make me let them come back the next day to "finish what they have missed" and I said no thanks, you had a chance and if you didn't do it right the first time I am not wasting any more of my time on this and not paying you for leaving me with a nasty sticky dirty house. I am calling the Merry Maids this time as was the initial plan, however they were not available to come before my furniture is delivered, but that was a BIG mistake. read more

They have been on time, thorough, very pleasant to deal with and professional. They must carefully select staff and train them well. It hasn't mattered which team showed up. Team of 3 women for 2 hours. $140 paid by check. Not English speaking. They must be doing well because we need to schedule them further in advance. read more

We used them for a deep cleaning about a year ago and recently have them coming regularly. The women who came were professional, very through and efficient. They came in and cleaned beyond what I expected. Window blinds, sills, cabinets, even the kitchen sink! I am so impressed with them. There's nothing angelic about "Angelic" Maid & Cleaning Service at all. Their "services" and customer relations are so bad I finally had to open this account to post this review. We booked them for a thorough house cleaning after we'd done renovation for our first floor. They did a half-assed job. There were still saw dust inside all our new kitchen cabinets. When you run your fingers across the top of tables and counter surfaces, you could feel the layer on dust. In some areas, you can even see the streak of your fingerprint. Places that were not obvious to the eye were even worse--simply not cleaned at all. All the nooks and cranies had a cake layer of dust. When I called to complain, the woman on the phone told me I was "making a big deal out of nothing." I asked for a reimbursement for my house cleaner to clean up the mess, but they refused. They wanted us to reschedule and put our lives on hold to accomodate their schedule. The whole thing is ridiculous since they shouldn't have done such a shoddy job in the first place. Don't use them. If they leave you dissatisfied, you're at their whim and you'll never get your money back. read more

They start off great but if you have a recurring appointment the service begins to wane and the maids become a little rude...

I was just visiting my parents in Kings Point. Based on the two yelp reviews (which I verified at least one was a real review), I called these guys Wed. Their first available appointment was Saturday. I was told they would arrive between noon and 12:30. I hired them to clean my parents' place which was pretty disgusting. They have health issues which slow them down a lot. It took from 8am until 12:30 to get my parents out of the house. Unfortunately the maids didn't arrive until 2:06pm and my parents got back around 2:30. So minus one star for timeliness, however they did an excellent job cleaning. Windows, ceiling fan blades, moved stuff of surfaces to dust. Only one spoke English (broken) and she seemed taken aback when I asked her to vacuum the screen porch (which is carpeted), but she did a great job once she got past the idea of vacuuming that area. My dad bet me she wouldn't vacuum a certain area on the porch near the washer/dryer (I won). I'm very happy with the results. Cost was $140 for three people for approximately 1.75 hours. Payment is cash or check only (so I had to run to the bank). read more
