Avoid this place at all costs. I got home and removed the polish immediately and had to buff off the rest of the gel that was supposed to be removed before getting a regular manicure. Because the gel wasn't all removed, the new polish was uneven and not smooth. I should've said something then, but how am I supposed to tell them how to do their job correctly? No base coat was put down and, after putting on the polish, it didn't come out right so she attempted to redo them. I thought the 2nd try would've been better but it was worse! After complaining later on, I kept being told that I should've said something at that time. It wasn't just a bad job, but she couldn't do her job properly. I was charged an arm and a leg as well! EDIT: I do genuinely enjoy coming here for the friendly experience from the owner and the large dip color selection, however I was left with cuts on almost every finger after my most recent manicure (see pic). Got my nails done for my engagement pictures that same day and luckily they weren't bleeding for the pictures, however now, two days later, my cuticle area is starting to scab and is very painful. It is hard to imagine seeing someone's nails bleeding while you are continuing to handle them and not say at least sorry! Disappointed but hoping it was just a staff-specific issue. The person in the front desk seems bothered by people who does not fit the "appearance" standards like me. She looks upset and has an excuse to not give me an appointment most of the time. I went back a couple of times when my nails chipped on the second day. This front desk person was very upset as it was my fault my nail chipped and she fixed my nail the first time, it was not a good fix. The second time, she called the person who had done my nails, the fix was not the greatest and made me pay to fix it, my nails are not even/same size. I like this place, the other girls/workers were nice and I tipped them well. However, I'm not coming back, I'm not supporting this type of local business. read more

Just moved to the area and tried this place first. I loved the atmosphere ! Everyone greeted me and was so nice and helpful. Mi was my nail tech and she even offered to charge my phone cause i had mentioned it was almost dead after she offered me the WiFi password. Those little things go a long way for me. She did a clean nice job on my gel nails and the pedicure was really good as well. The leg and foot massage was longer than normal and so relaxing. Went to Philly over the summer and received a perfect, classy treatment. I've been lamenting not being able to find a salon like that near Southborough...then the fates smiled on me. I googled - one more time - SNS dipping salons near me and Lavish showed up. These ladies are amazing! I told Cindy what I experienced at the last salon I tried in the area (nails poorly done, extra thick and treated rather rudely!) Cindy is attentive and My (yes her name ) did an amazing job on my nails. They are about $10 more to the other salon I was using - but it's more than worth it. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Popped in here for a random pedicure because I decided it was time to get my "summer feet" out! I walked in on a saturday afternoon and event though it looked fairly busy in the front (pedicure stations are in the back) they took me in right away. My pedicurist, whose name I cannot recall unfortunately, was great. She was quick and efficient and didn't bat at an eye at the sad state of my feet. The place felt very clean. They also seemed to have lowered their prices a little recently, making them extremely reasonable. The vibe in the pedicure area is lovely (slightly an italian riviera vibe with the lighting and colors). They have massage chairs that you sit in, which I personally never use but appreciated the option. They also have a large TV playing HGTV while you have your nails done which I was a huge fan of. Overall, I had a great experience. I subtracted one star for the polish choices. Though they had a fair amount, I've seen larger selections and several of the polishes were half empty or mostly empty (obviously popular colors) so I did not choose those as I find those tend to be thick and don't look as good. If they replenished their polishes more often, they could be a five star establishment. read more

Tracy was my tech during this visit and she was very pleasant. She did a great job and took her time while perfecting my nails. The gel manicure was $28 and pedi with regular polish was $30. I've always wanted to be the gal who always had pretty nails, and I'm finally made it to the point in myself when I've got the time and the money to do it! I found Lavish last spring when I finally made my nail fantasy a reality and haven't looked back since. I've been going every 3 weeks without fail and I'm always happy with the results. I tend to call the day of or day before I want to come in and schedule an appointment although you can usually walk in and Cindy at the front desk will do her best to accommodate. Mid-day on the weekend, you'll want to call ahead for sure. Cindy is super friendly and always greets you with a smile and points you in the direction of where to go. I do love that there is almost never a wait, but I've learned to come in at least with an idea of my color because there isn't much time to scope it out. I also love that they always have an OPI seasonal display with about 8 colors from the company which is super helpful for me narrowing down my choices to that if I don't have an event or outfit in mind I'm trying to match. The manicurist I typically see is pretty quite so I always say hi ask how she's doing and then zone out while watching some HGTV. My nails always look really great and with the OPI gel and I usually have them cut pretty short and shaped because I work a lot with my hands. The last time we decided to just file and my nails look so pretty, just not sure how long they'll last being so long. The prices are also great, I pay $36 for my gel mani and having it last 3+ weeks is super worth it! I would 100% recommend coming here for all your nail needs and I will keep coming back for my ~monthly manis read more

They have great prices and every nail tech is professional, patient, welcoming and helpful. I've gotten pedis and manicures (dip, gel, and normal manicure). They are fairly priced and make sure you understand how much your paying up front and don't blind side you at the end. I've been trying to find the best pedicure in the area and this place was not it. The paint job was great and color selection was good. The pedicure in total lasted 20 minutes from when I sat in the chair until I was seated to dry my nails. My manicurist was definitely efficient and I appreciated her cut/paint job on my toes. It was definitely the fastest pedicure I have received for $35. I have received some that take about an hour for the same price in the past! I'd definitely come here again if I was in need of a fast pedicure lol! It felt like I was pushed out the door. This was my first time at this nail salon and it was awesome. I was out shopping and just stopped in and they fit me in no problem. The spa looks small from the outside but is very large and very clean. The pedicure area in the back is beautiful and very private which makes it very relaxing. The girl doing my pedicure was very sweet and made sure that I was okay throughout ( I am very pale and my skin turns red when I'm hot water, she was very concerned it was too hot for me). Store was clean and organized. The staff was very professional. I had a dipping powder manicure and a regular spa pedicure. My 2-y/o daughter had her nails painted. We were going to a wedding. Love the dipping powder manicure. With my unpredictable 2 y/o, I didn't know if my nails will survive the process. surprisingly, my nails dried within 5 minutes and I was able to tend to my daughter's needs. The staff treated my daughter like a princess. Cindy (the owner) explained the dipping process and attentively asked if my daughter needed anything. My daughter was initially hesitant to get her nails done, but eventually warmed up to the staff and had her nails painted. She was so happy. The staff wore face mask and gloves for protection. The pedicure sink had disposable covers. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants their nails done. Price was very reasonable. read more
