I went for a first-time visit with Dr. Rickerby because of his high reviews online, but had a mixed…read moreexperience. I'll sum it up in 5 things that stood out the most: 1. The office is very clean and large. The reception was prompt and there was no long wait. 2. The receptionists upsold me a cancer screening and fluoride as a "bundle for first-time visitors" with the option to pay upfront. This was before I was even examined by the Dentist to determine if I needed either. I suspect that they may be incentivized to do this. 3. Most of my appointment was spent with the hygienist, who was very thorough with cleaning and X-rays. They wanted to take a ton of photos of my face, which I had to decline - most were unnecessary if the dentist was going to check anyway. 4. Of the hour I spent there Dr. Rickerby only saw me for about 5 minutes. He immediately offered Invisalign and a few other services that weren't covered by my insurance. 5. Dr. Rickerby focused more on steps to straighten my teeth than their condition. I originally wanted to know if I had cavities and ended up leaving without an answer. Overall, the cleaning was great, but I feel this office is more concerned about upselling additional cosmetic options than about covering the urgent necessities for dental health. I also believe a dentist should explain what needs to be done to alleviate the issues the patient cares about the most - they didn't. Any optional recommendations should have been secondary to that I've never been to a dental office that went straight for sales pitches and upselling on services that aren't covered by insurance once I walked into the door. Because of this, I am not confident that Rickerby is a dentist I can trust. So, I'll be looking elsewhere to hopefully a place that is more concerned about my health first.

They dressed like they were all going to a rave instead of working in a medical setting. I was told I would get a call with the results of my exam in 7-10 business days, but I came in on Dec. 4th and did not get results until Jan 8th. They never called me. I had to keep calling them. I told them my preferred antibiotic, but they didn't listen and just sent in the one they chose. Not responsive and unprofessional. You can do better than go to this place.

I, on the other hand, had been using a different dentist for the last few years and constantly complained about the treatment/staff. Needless to say, it was time for a change! More specifically, I recently chipped my front tooth and was extremely nervous that repairing the damage would only make it worse. I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Cohn and he was great from the start! He was sympathetic to all of my worries and listened to the concerns I had over the necessary procedure. After discussing the process, I felt extremely comfortable and confident at this practice. Dr. Cohn did a fantastic job repairing the damage and I couldn't have chosen a better place. It looks good as new! Dr. Cohn and his staff were extremely welcoming,helpful and likeable. The receptionist is particularly accomodating when scheduling an appointment and the support staff are great to talk to. Dr. Cohn is thorough, friendly, and even pretty funny. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist!

Super excited to review this place…read more Let's start with.. When I started coming here I didn't have insurance so every penny counted when making my decision on a dentist. A couple of friends had recommended me here, Dr Khurana and Dr Grewal are extremely sweet. They take their time explaining every procedure and I did not feel pain at all. I was super comfortable with every cleaning I have gotten here. Going to the dentist can be scary, but coming here is not. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable.

From the moment I met him, he was transparent, reassuring, and made me feel like I truly mattered as a patient. His kindness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. I had an extraction on Jan 27,2025 and felt no pain at all--he was incredibly gentle! She told me about her family's great experience with them. I booked an appointment right away. On my appointment day, I was introduced and was treated by Dr. Felisa. I didn't have insurance at the time, they asked me several times if I wanted to proceed without insurance, which I appreciated. It showed how much they care about their patients. I left their office free of pain. Not only that, they were very accommodating with my financial situation and gave me options on how to go about it. They are very kind people and can't recommend them enough.
