I scheduled a dental cleaning but did not receive one. I showed up to the office, which is the filthiest healthcare office I have ever visited. In the exam room, there was a large, extremely loud TV blasting FOX news, which Dr. Bral continued to watch the entire time while examining me. The entire "cleaning" lasted two minutes. He briefly used the water/scaler tool on each tooth and then told me I was done. No polishing, no flossing, no rinsing, no flouride, nothing. I need to go to another dentist now for a real cleaning and check-up. I am filing a claim with my insurance so that this appointment does not count as one of my allotted annual cleanings. (By the way, I previously scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bral and when I called the office morning-of to confirm, I got a voicemail that the office was closed for a holiday. It was like the perfect system as they did all the dental care then used their state of the art 3d printing computer/machines to scan my mouth and teeth, to construct my new crown that matches and fits perfectly! Super excited to review this place…read more Let's start with.. When I started coming here I didn't have insurance so every penny counted when making my decision on a dentist. A couple of friends had recommended me here, Dr Khurana and Dr Grewal are extremely sweet. They take their time explaining every procedure and I did not feel pain at all. A month later, having received no communication - I followed up and 'Janet' showed up. Dr Ali and her dental assistant team her team were excellent, thorough and professional in their interactions. At the beginning of the first meeting it was explained that Invisalign wasn't covered by insurance, which included a whitening treatment as part of the procedure. Oddly, no cleaning nor annual examination were offered during the 18 month treatment. It wasn't until that final appointment and after cleaning, X-rays etc., was I told the whitening wasn't part of the plan I'd paid in advance for. Be aware that while quality of care is good, the office management and billing team are uncommunicative, illusive, inconsistent and we caught them attempting to push claims through our insurance company (according to our insurance) despite telling us they don't take that insurance and asked us to pay in full up front. On multiple occasions appointments were moved or adjusted by the office, all of which were during regular working hours for most people... I've personally no issue with that as a freelancer and understanding clients but it might be inconvenient for others.

I had already filled out the forms online so that saved a lot of time. First, I had x-rays taken and cleaning done by Gina who was very friendly and competent. Then, Dr Espinoza who was also very polite and friendly did the check up and recommendations. The office is in a quieter area of Bayonne so there was no problem finding street parking being that I'm a resident. Make sure you have a resident pass. If you're visiting from another town I would suggest parking on Broadway (metered parking).
