I was greeted immediately and just had to update a few privacy papers through HIPPA. Dr.Mignogna had me in pretty quickly. A painless, thorough eye exam with some of his typical humor went pretty fast and I felt confident with my results. My favorite part is the air puff to the eye, it's like riding a roller coaster but not knowing when it's going to drop. Lastly the wonderful ladies helped me pick out a few glasses (nice selection I must say) and humored me while I tried to make them laugh with some that did not suit me. Overall friendly staff and a great eye doctor on board. They take different types of insurance. Their scheduling is flexible. Good pricing packages. A wide range of frames to choose from. I always laugh when their recorded message says my message will be recorded for quality control. they can not spell Quality. Trying to talk to a person is impossible. They do not respond to phone messages. The only way I can communicate is get in my car and drive there and even in person it is not much better. If Dr. Randle left I would be gone in a heart beat!!
