They offered to come back another day where they would attempt to fix the problem again and charge more money if they were successful. They took a week to follow up on that offer. Thank goodness I found someone else who charged less than their assessment fee to fix the issue. That included replacing necessary parts. The other professional was able to immediately diagnose what they did wrong and provided all the options for moving forward. I can't speak for their other services but would not recommend for Central Air repair.
