We called our warranty from Home Depot and was referred to Asurion who gave us a list of Authorized service centers to assist us with our water heater. We called about 10 places and all said that they were either "short staffed" or "our town was out of the service area" (Yet Rheem had them listed on their list.) - We finally called Green Team Drains and Dwayne Frederick who was prompt to return our call and literally came same day to make the assessment and amazingly within 30 minutes had a replacement water heater and ready to do the repair. This was amazing! Dwayne was extremely professional, ensured our floor and other areas were protected and knew what he was doing! In fact, he improved the connections that we had from the main water line to the new water heater. He was up front on his service call fees and provided all the necessary receipts for us to file out claim. He was pleasant to talk with and accomplished the total repaid within 2 hours (from assessment to full installation). I would highly recommend Dwayne and Green Team Drains for being responsive (not excuse givers by the other 10 recommended Rheem contractors), professional, took care of everything (I keep records on everything and had all my paperwork in hand to assist in the process), left me documentation to file my claim, hauled away all materials and cleaned up the area he worked on. If you want great work, a person who likes what he is doing (and is good at it) and took the worry out of a challenging issue - Dwayne and Green Team Drains is your company. Thank you Dwayne! Allen Bunker, the contractor they frequently worked with, overcharged me for plumbing and ran,…read moreleaving me with a half finished kitchen. I used the company for kitchen gut renovation. I asked the plumbing company to bill Allen the amount he overcharged me and I will settle the rest, so we could finish the work. The plumbing company declined to do so, saying Allen Bunker was no longer on the contract. I then asked the plumbing company for the contract, so I know what's left to be done. Got declined again. I then sent them a detailed list of things and wanted to confirm those will be covered in the remaining work. Plumbing company said I was too difficult to work with and said they would cancel the permit. Well how else do I know what I am paying for? Finally, the company said they would take me to court for slander if I post negative reviews about them. I view my requests as reasonable and I can back up what I said. Sounds like they need to bring a lot of people to court then. All the time they sided with Allen (from their actions mentioned above) while insisting that they don't want to get involved in this. My tenant had lost hot water. I called for emergency service. The technician explained that the stores are closed and if he needed parts, he would have to come out again. So, I made an appointment for the following morning (Today). 8:30 - no call. 9:00 - no call. This continues until I call them around 10:30. I'm told they have no record of anyone returning my original call to their answering service. I explained I spoke to their technician, who returned my call within 10 minutes (Which impressed me), and that he made an appointment to come and fix it this morning. They responded with a, granted rather polite, way of saying it sucks to be me and they can get to me sometime on Friday!!! I now have a very unhappy tenant and am back on the hunt to find a plumber as fast as possible. So, be very careful when booking appointments with them and make absolutely certain that you have a back up plan!

They were prompt, showed up when they said they were going to, and very quickly determined the solution, which, unsurprisingly, was to replace the water heater. They arranged to come back the next day and install a tankless water heater. We had been anticipating this cost, as our previous water heater was near the end of it's warranty, and were very familiar with the typical pricing for installation for a tankless water heater, which is not cheap. The price that they quoted us was within a normal range - a bit higher than we had been quoted by other folks, but considering that it was an emergency situation and they worked extremely quickly to do a big job and replace our water heater to an upgraded version by 2pm the next day, it was worth it. Everyone we spoke to was extremely professional, patient, and helpful. Adam was awesome and Adriana helped us out a ton, including arranging a follow-up visit to follow up on something.
