Feels like home no matter which location I walk into. The service of the staff makes it feel like a special neighborhood spot only you know about. Well stocked imported retail from San Marzano tomatoes, Prosciutto Di Parma, pasta, porcini mushroom paste, sharp cheeses, espresso, sardines, amaretti cookies, broad variety of nougat, Baci boxes, Nutella, Arborio rice, SAN Pelligrino, etc. On to the prepared foods: many types of olives, broccoli Di rabe, roasted peppers, whole artichokes, imported meats, fresh mozzarella in every size, soup, lasagna, arancini, long hots, and my favorite fresh Teranova bread from the Bronx. They build a mean grinder to order too. I just love these guys, can't you tell?! Catering too.

From the moment you walk in, you're treated like a regular even if it's your first time. The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are massive, and you can tell they actually care about the food they're serving. So far, I have not been disappointed with any of my orders. I always try to get something different but its so hard to choose because everything is just so good!!! The staff was super friendly, and I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese. It was made on a Brioche roll with a fried egg. Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan of the egg or the sandwich overall. It was okay, probably a three-star kind of thing. Next time I went back, I tried the Calise sandwich, which has chicken cutlet, broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze. I asked for the broccoli rabe on the side because I know everyone makes it differently. I get that it can be bitter, but some places make it taste amazing without the bitterness, so I wanted it on the side. The sandwich was really good, so I'd give it four stars, especially since the breakfast one was just three in my book. Sometimes you gotta visit a place a couple of times to really get a feel for their food. I wasn't really a fan of the broccoli rabe--it was a bit too bitter for me. But the sandwich itself was tasty, with well-seasoned chicken and really fresh mozzarella. Not sure if they make the mozzarella in-house, but it's delicious. It tasted just like you'd expect from an authentic Italian deli. Very good. Third time I went, I tried the Mother Clucker, which has a chicken cutlet, Russian dressing, cheddar cheese, and bacon. I wanted to try it because I'd seen it being made during my last visit and it looked awesome. It took about ten minutes to get ready. When I opened it up, I realized it had melted cheddar, not sliced like I thought, but it was all good. The sandwich was tasty, but a bit over the top with the bacon and melted cheddar--almost too much. I think using sliced cheddar would bring everything together better. The melted cheese kinda takes away from it, in my opinion. The bacon was crispy even with the cheesy sauce on top, and the chicken was nicely seasoned. I definitely plan to come back and try the Chopped Italian Combo. The staff's always friendly and welcoming, and it's a solid spot if you're looking for breakfast, with plenty of breakfast platters and other menu items that might catch your eye.

It was quite busy when we arrived on a late Sunday a.m. in January. Tables were filled and there was a line for ordering. We decided on a tomato cheddar soup and the Churn it Up sandwich with Havarti and provolone. We were told the wait would be 40 mins, giving us the option to wait it out or go elsewhere. We stuck it out and the food was at our table in less than 20 mins. The sandwiches were ooey gooey toasted cheesiness and paired perfectly with the creamy tomato soup. It came with a lighty dressed arugula salad. I had a freshly brewed ice tea and my dining partner got a Dr. Brown's soda. The breakfast rush was soon over but people were still coming in to eat and grab take out while we enjoyed our meals. They also offer beers and wines and hot chocolate. The entire place was very clean, including the restrooms, although I did not see any table wiping going on. Staff were smiling and polite. Plenty of parking in lot shared with other business.

Hailey, the counter person helping us was so helpful and patient- one of the most helpful and patient people I've ever interacted with at a store. She answered our numerous questions and called over the manager when she didn't know the answer to our Yelp free beverage when you purchase a sandwich check in. I got the chachi sandwich on a hard roll, all my hopes and dreams have been fulfilled- what a delicious sandwich. My friend got the Budda, she said it needed vegetables and the bacon was really good. I got a kombucha hemp drink made locally in CT for my free bevvie and my friend got a Joe's Berry Lemonade. My friend is looking forward to returning here regularly on the way to her job to pick up some lunch. They have an extensive sandwich and breakfast selection, tons of drinks and snack options, coffee and tea, and a yogurt bar to make your own parfait. They also have an atm, and sell milk by the half gallon and gallon. There are 3 tables inside a few parking spots out front that's a little hard to get out if you're going to the highway and really good small town vibes inside. I'll be returning here to get my Chachi fix when I'm back in town. They open at 5:30AM pretty sweet. They do breakfast all day. What's not to love?
