Unfortunately my wrap was really bad, borderline inedible. The wrap was grilled, why would you grill a wrap with cold lettuce??? Not even grill... PANINI PRESS. The lettuce was wilted, hot, and disgusting. Just when I think I'm over it, I have an intrusive thought about how bad this wrap was. It was so bad that a day later it is distracting me from my daily tasks. I think this wrap fundamentally changed my world view, and it will take a long time to recover and become the man I was before I attempted to eat this $13 catastrophe. Not much else to say really... Nice little deli off of SONO busy street. Parking is super tight and almost non existent and then you need to pay for meter parking. The staff was less than welcoming. It's a normal deli nothing to really write home about. The tuna melt cheese was barely melted we asked for avacado to be added and you could barely see it. Another coworker ordered Rueben with a side salad and the salad was added in the take out container along with his hot salad so by the time we got back to office it was pretty wilted. Souvlaki salad had very moist chicken that was flavored well and one grape leaf with mushy tomatoes. As you walk out of the deli towards the back entrance you see a stand up violet with glass see through casing that had open cake box and veggies that were just loosely tossed in, wasn't a great look. Only spotted by the gentleman working behind the counter. He said hello and asked if I'd like some water. I said I'd like coffee. He worked quickly to get me a cup. He had to keep nudging the other waitress to help me. Finally she asked if i needed a menu. It wasn't automatic, which was odd. No actual greeting to welcome me to the restaurant. She didnt ask if i needed my parking validated. After i arrived, more people came in and the " Good Mornings "" we're flowing.... Wish I was greeted like that.... Just saying.... With a few tweaks, This place has the potential to be great. Staff may be one of their biggest downfalls. First, no one speaks when you walk in the door. I wasn't sure if I could just sit anywhere, or if I had to order first then choose a table. I went to the bar/counter and just sat down because it felt safe. Throughout my meal I noticed other people walking thru the front door experiencing the same thing; no one speaking, looking confused, & being unsure of where to go and what to do. Food was good. What I wanted they were out of, so I went with a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwhich with a side of corned beef hash. The sanwhich had a very comforting corner store feel. Corner stores & delis typically make the best bacon egg cheese sanwhiches. The hash was fresh and had the crunchy pieces that I like to give it texture and that homey feeling. Customer service wasn't bad, until your thirsty and your server isn't paying any attention to see you're out of juice. Lol. They have free parking on the side and behind the building. I asked about the parking and was told that I had to put my license plate # in an i-pad, which I never saw. I didn't know, so My server did it for me. That's when I realized the slight issue... They treat everyone as if they had been there several times before. It's a slight cockiness, like we don't have to earn your loyalty and trust, you should already be a fan." OnceI recieved the check, like that was the end of my service. I just left the money on the bar. I don't know why we keep giving this place chances. Probably due to convenience. Doubt the owner will bother contacting us as his staff was protective of giving out his name and refused to let me be able to talk to him. He's "in and out" when I asked what time he would be in. We ordered the "All In One"; which is Bacon, Sausage, Egg, and Cheese with potatoes. My wife bites into it and she found that it was pretty much just a potato sandwich. We opened it up and found one slice of bacon on the left one half sausage link on the right and a slice of ham. Not to be picky but normally when you pay double the price for three meats you actually get the three meats normal portion. We called as we thought this was a error by the Chef. The server called back and confirmed that's how they make it. So another words when you order the "All In One" they decrease all the normal amount of meat you get when you order a bacon/egg or sausage/egg or ham/egg when they make it and charge you double the price and pack it full of hash browns. DO NOT ORDER THIS. Waitress was pretty rude by the way like she couldn't be bothered for us questioning this. She requested us to bring it back so they could "show the chef" when I told her I'd be happy to send them pictures vs. walking all the way back she backed down as if we were trying to pull a fast one. It's hit or miss here, sadly, because I want it to be a hit at Sono Harbor Deli every time. Most of the staff is pleasant and the coffee drinks are always great. The food is just okay in all my experiences. Yesterday I sat in and couldn't wait to hurry up and get out of there. Firstly, there were flies buzzing around the table so we needed to move to a different spot. There were only a few people in there at the time, but there was a child sitting on a barstool with an iPad playing songs louder than the restaurants music and it was extremely annoying while trying to have a conversation. My food was disappointing and I wrapped half of it to go so I could fix it at home with some real flavor. Worst of all, an employee was whipping around the room like the Tasmanian devil with a broom, sweeping aggressively, while I'm trying to eat a meal. She was abruptly yanking each chair out of place and banging them around the tables to clear space for sweeping, with no regard for the food on my table or consideration that it was an open opportunity for dust to fly around and into my food. It was the middle of the day, not any time near closing hours. I was pretty grossed out at the thought of my exposed food getting floor dirt on it and the complete disregard for all the metal furniture banging around us was the icing on top. read more

We asked for a refills on the coffee and had to wait for one of them to set up the brew- with 2 large pots this should not happen. My potatoes were cold because they sat so long while they talked. I love coming to this place for breakfast. The food is great and not over priced. Its such a cute little cafe and the waitresses are all friendly. We stopped by today and had a late breakfast. I ordered the BLT with fries and a coffee. The food was tasty! I wish there was a bit more bacon to my sandwich, but besides for that it was really good. They serve Illy coffee which is my favorite! it's always so good and they refill your cup as many times as you would like. The waitress was kind enough to even make me a cup to go! I really liked this place but cannot eat there again based on my experience today. Ordered the avocado toast and coffee. Comes with two eggs. The eggs literally were refrigerator temp. I took two bites and it turned my stomach off. I couldn't eat anything else. The whole meal was like it came out the fridge. She offered other food. I just couldn't eat anything at this point. While we were in town for the holidays, we stopped in to have breakfast with a few family members who had suggested this restaurant. We arrived early on a Saturday morning because we were told that this restaurant gets packed. It is a small, cute restaurant with bar seating and also tables. It is on a busy street but there is a private parking lot in the back of the restaurant. The menu has a wide variety of options for all different picky eaters. They server Boars Head products which is a plus for us. Our table ordered hash and eggs, western omelette, chocolate chip pancakes and the Nutella pancakes. The short stack (two pancakes) is way more than enough food because the pancakes were HUGE! My omelette was made perfectly and it was overflowing with ham and vegetables. $8.50 for an egg white western omelette? Not too bad. The home fries were delicious - you could tell they were homemade and not some bad frozen potatoes that were slung on the grill. The coffee was strong and delicious and our service was great. I didn't feel like making a stink about it and I had already eaten everything, but definitely a bummer. Another bummer was that the food took a long time to come out, which seems like it might be the place's m/o. It was pretty busy in there and some people were just ordering takeout. The waitresses were all very nice and were milling around in case you needed anything. I would also suggest some better restaurant temperature control, way too hot in there on a nice autumn day. This place was great!!! My husband and I were in town for a wedding and stopped here for lunch. Based on the crowd of locals, we knew it must be good. He had the Tuscan Panini and I had the Greek Wrap. We both had the house salad as a side. Service was a bit slow, but I think that was only because we hit them during the lunch rush. The staff was friendly, and I noticed that the person who took our order was back bugging the kitchen a few times to make sure it was on its way. We took our food to go and ate it at a park a few blocks away. A very nice experience. This place is a neighborhood gem. We will be back the next time we are in town. read more

There was nothing that special or tasty about the egg sandwiches and bread to content ratio was off with too much bread. The wrap had more filling but again nothing that would create a desire to order again.
