My car wouldn't start and I had errands to run this past Friday evening. Frank, the driver, showed up 15 minutes after my call to AAA. Was told by AAA it would be 45 minutes and was pleasantly surprised when it was just 15 minutes being it was the first Friday evening in the green stage. Thought it could be the alternator or battery and after checking - it turned out to be the battery. Thank goodness! My car battery was 7 years old according to the barcode on it. I was shocked. Frank said I could wait in the house while he replaced the battery since it was so warm out. He got right to work and in no time the new battery was installed. Frank had turned on the a/c to cool down my car since I had mentioned I was going out. That was very thoughtful of him. I broke an axle on my car today and called Angelos for a tow. The driver, Daryl texted me within a few minutes then followed up with a phone call just before he arrived. I have been broken down before and expected to wait a couple of hours but to my surprise, he was at my car within 20 minutes of my call!!! Daryl greeted me with a smile and a handshake, and asked if I was ok. He was so pleasant and professional that he actually made my situation not seem so bad. I made arrangements to get a ride home and just as I was pulling in, Daryl sent me another text telling me that he just dropped off my car and thanked me again for using his company. I am writing a review for my mom, she was in a situation in which her car battery was needing to be replaced on her way to work very earlier in the morning not to mention the weather was freezing outside. She is 69 years old and needed help due to the fact she's a dedicated employee to her job. Angelo's Towing was very professional, prompt, courtesy and explained what her car needed. My daughter unfortunately wrecked our car in Murrysville on her way back to Penn State University. She put a call in to AAA for a tow and Angelo's was dispatched. Not knowing the area or where to get the car towed to the manager at Angelo's let the driver (Elmer) bring it back to their place until we could figure out what to do. My car was given a jump start and that seemed to work, but my car stopped after giving it a test drive. On the fith call they said wait till 7 am and call because my chevy van was used for commercial business they cant tow it. So i calld Angelo's.
