AAA was very helpful and to the point while guiding me through the process. They put me in touch with NK Towing; a company I've had one experience with (favorable) some years ago. NK arrived even faster than AAA indicated, where I met Trevor Colwell, obviously a seasoned agent in terms of this process. "Being towed" in this case was getting the car positioned to be loaded onto their truck. Can't say enough about Trevor. His courteous, professional and comforting style immediately put me at ease as he effortlessly went through the loading process and set off for a short drive to my choice of assistance with my dead battery. We arrived at our destination within minutes where Trevor quickly had my car unloaded and parked - ready for service. I can only hope most or all of NK's representatives are as thorough and courteous as Trevor. A gold star for Trevor and NK Towing!

(it was almost midnight and i was in pajamas and had messy hair because i had been sleeping until my partner called to tell me what had happened). they repeatedly kept asking if my vehicle was mine. claimed my partner was driving under the influence and called the police. an officer came and could see he was fine. NK Towing made an already stressful event unnecessarily and exponentially more stressful with what is at the very least egregious harassment.

I got myself to the shoulder and my hands couldn't stop shaking from the adrenaline and then I started worrying about getting my tire handled. As I started to call my husband (since I've never had to use our AAA) a truck pulled up behind me and an ANGEL stepped out to ask if I'd like help changing the tire. He'd been driving the opposite direction and noticed me on the shoulder!!! He came back to help me out of the kindness in his heart. Sam was SOOOO absolutely amazing and helped me put air in my spare (that I'd never used and didn't even know if it would hold air), had all the compressors, impact guns, and hydraulic jack ...it took him FIVE MINUTES to get my spare on!!
