Fernando was friendly, efficient, and had a great attiude which, unfortunately, many towing companies do not provide these days. We were quoted a price for the extra mileage and that was the exact price we paid. There were no hidden charges, add-ons, or price gouging. Great and fast reliable service! Was told about a 30-minute time frame to have a driver come, but my driver actually showed up much faster. My driver was David. David was very professional who had good customer service with a kind attitude. He was able to get my son and I off the side of the road last night and my car towed back home in a very decent time span. Have been having problems with my battery dieing on my KIA Sedona. Had to use AAA a few times in the past week or so for battery service. If I went 3 days without driving it, it would be dead again. Today I went to start it and its dead again! Called AAA, Angelo's towing again, this time it was Jorge S. Who tested my battery, it was totally dead as usual and everything else tested fine as usual. Jorge went above and beyond checking all of my lights and found that the spare tire in the back had switched the back hatch light on...that was draining my battery! Horrible Company!!. I ran out of gas on a highway with a lot of traffic. Drivers had to swerve to the left to avoid hitting me. AAA dispatched them. Driver refused to give me gas because I did not have my Driver's License, since I had recently lost it. I did have a full color picture of the ID in my phone. I had a Costco card with my photo on it, bank cards, credit cards. Insurnace paperwork. He refused to. He just took off. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you are the worst company I have ever dealt with. ** Update. 1 hour 20 mins later I'm still on the side of the road. I called their towing company direct and they asked to speak to the manager. They transferred me to someone who hardly sounded like a manager. That person hung up the phone. read more

Horrible. After they took in my car, all of my belongings were supposed to be taken out so I could get them at another time. When I found the time to grab my belongings, I went to go grab them. They packed everything from my glove box, EXCEPT my GPS and charm of sentimental value. I was completely disappointed. I tried to ask the lady over at the compound if I can get those things back, but unfortunately they could not do anything about the "lost" personal belongings. If you want to run a business, please don't steal from your customers. I recommend people to stay away from this business. read more

OK I had a hunch I checked Facebook and then yelp and Bingo a nasty complaint about a tow truck driver I was in R burgers parking lot pulling out of a parking space a truck truck was waiting for my space with his blinker and his light flashing for about a minute and a half as I backed out a car that pulled in from the other direction started heading for the space I pulled out of the tow truck started to pull into the spot and the other driver laid on his horn for about 3 to 5sec. I heard the tow truck driver loud and clear cause he said it loud and clear louder then he needed to Actually the car honked tow truck stopped and he said " WHAT, WHAT, a little Pause then he said DUDE I WAS WAITING 2 mins for this space " then finished pulling into the space got out of his truck and went inside and that was it. I was in an accident on the 215 freeway and was injured. The Highway Patrol called Angelos Towing. The tow truck driver arrived and I instructed him to tow my car to the nearest Nissan dealer. He insisted that it would be easier for me if I agreed to let him tow it to their yard. In fact, he told me I'd have to pay all towing charges upfront, outside of my insurance claim if I didn't allow me to let him tow it to his yard. He said if I did allow him to tow it to the yard, then my insurance company would deal with them direct. Bottom line is I feel he lied to commit insurance fraud because they refused to deal with my insurance company direct OR to release the car to my insurance company unless I came down there immediately and signed a release. Further more, they said it would take a day or two to e-mail me a release form (knowing I was injured and couldn't come down). I am very certain that this whole story was made up on their part to collect more money for storage form my insurance company. I intended to file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. read more

My car wouldn't start so I called AAA to come out, within minutes of calling I was contacted, the lady on the phone said someone would be to me within 40 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes later Mark pulled up. He was incredibly nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing and was really great about not making me stress. Mark hooked my battery up, the car instantly started, he then tested the starter and alternator, he printed out a diagnostic paper showing me exactly what was wrong. Before he arrived I had called local auto stores for prices on batteries. AAA had the best price and he replaced it right here for me. I am so happy with the service from Angelo's towing and AAA. The absolute worst experience I've had with AAA in my 25 years of membership. The ETA was originally 45 minutes; after 55 minutes I called Angelo's directly and they said another 25 minutes. 30 minutes after that I called them back and they said they would be there in another 30 minutes. After two hours and five minutes the driver showed up only to tell me that because the tags on the car expired a month ago that they wouldn't tow it. I tried to explain that the car was currently registered I just didn't have the tags on it but he seemed set on not towing it. The next thing I know he's in his truck driving away and told me to call AAA back and complain. I called all American towing in Riverside who is also a AAA contractor and they showed up in 20 minutes. Without any hesitation towed the vehicle for me. They said that because it was on a flatbed that the tags being expired did not matter. Hopefully Angelo's goes out of business soon with their poor customer service I think it's inevitable. read more

Using AAA to book a tow truck to move my car from my resident to the mechanic shop, I was assigned Israel Velazquez from Angelo's Towing. Israel called me to let me know that he was in route and showed up 10 minutes after the call. After identifying himself and ensuring that I was the owner I gave him a very brief explanation of what I thought was wrong with the car. He place the car on his flatbed rig with care and secured it in place. He choose the fastest route to the shop so that we could make it there before closing. I trailed him to the shop where he unloaded the car and secured it in a shop stall for the mechanic. He said that he already had all the paperwork from the dispatch so there was no need to gather more info. Israel was polite, courteous, fast, and most of all professional. He shook my hand as I thanked him and was on his way. The mechanic laughed saying "it seems like you just called a few minutes ago", I told him that the tow truck service was fast. Maybe I am spoiled with AAA sending Blacks Towing to our house every time we've had a problem over the years, Blacks is always 5-star service. This time they sent Angelo's Towing. It was a very odd experience I don't even want to take the time to go into all the details. Let's just say the guy was not very knowledgeable and he has no customer service skills or desire to have any of those skills. He also was sarcastic and gave a strong vibe that he didn't want to be there doing any "work". I got a text from the company right after he left to reply to it if I was not TOTALLY SATISFIED. I replied to say it was terrible and I was just looking for where I can post my reviews. Didn't get any reply back so I replied again later and still no reply. It's been 7 hours, so I guess they really don't care. Just like the guy they sent over. He didn't care either.
