The first tow company dropped me after I asked if I could also ride along. After getting switched to E tow I was told 90-130 minutes but Edwin (the owner) was able to get me my tow truck in 45 minutes. His son came and I also got to catch that ride down and he was super nice. We encountered another issue when we got to the Fix It in Kearny Mesa and they were closed up so I couldn't drop off my truck. The insurance company asked if he could just quote me a difference from there to my house and they would reimburse. They were able to do it and his son got me home and I'll be able to get reimbursed soon. All in all, I'm just so thankful they came through and made that long drive. Thanks again

Upon speaking with Anthony over the phone, he was able to sort out what he could do for me. I was priced at $296 for a flatbed towing truck and asked Anthony to drop me off at a location 17 miles away. Initially I was willing to pay for his service ahead of time but Anthony preferred I paid him in person, which is perfectly fine with. The day of service, Anthony communicated well by informing me when his previous job would end and when he would be arriving. Something I was pleasantly surprised by. After my car was hooked up to the truck, our 17 mile trek began. The drive was smooth and safe as he made careful driving decisions. All the while, we held nice conversations throughout the commute about one other's lives. Unfortunately, the location I was dropped off at did not have good cellular service so I had to pay Anthony a few hours later. He accepted Zelle payments so make sure you have service where you're being dropped off at to avoid my audition. When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here.

RENTER BEWARE!! We rented multiple units from this location, one outside and four inside the…read more"climate controlled" area. We had the units for two years and we were happy until the latter end of our stay and upon moving out. There were 2 units that we would open and access our items on occasion. The ground floor "climate controlled" unit was adjacent to the company's storage area. We began to notice moths flying around in that unit due to the open area that it shared with the company's storage area. Upon moving out, we discovered a moth infestation that was annoying to say the least. More importantly, the other units that we did not access during the time our items were stored there, 2 out of the 3 were very disappointing. The movers brought to my attention that the outside unit had water intrusion at some point, and you could see the dried water level on our boxes, some furniture, and the wall of this end unit. We had to discard boxes of clothing and furniture that had evidence of mold from the water intrusion. Next, our other ground floor "climate controlled" unit, had a condensation issue that was evident when items were removed. Thankfully, we had placed a tarp down towards the back of the unit where our couches were stored. This was brought to the attention of the woman working the front desk that day. She saw the units and took pictures. We purchased the insurance through the storage company, however we were dismayed to learn that the policy does not cover water damage!! This makes nooooo sense at all! When we were moving our last items from storage, the ceiling in the hallway began to leak a constant stream of water. I took pictures and and a video, and share it with the person at the front desk and via email. They basically said we will look into it, but refused to take responsibility for the water damage in 2 of our units, even after evident that they have a water leak issue. We will NEVER rent from this company again. Most importantly, buy a policy from a reputable company, NOT the company that they recommend. Also, for this facility I would use their term "climate controlled" very loosely. Sometimes we would be there and the A/C units were off, and it was warm in the building. I brought that to their attention as well to no avail. Please use another company if you value the items that you are storing there!
