I have used this particular store several times and never had a problem. I visited the store recently for an oil change, workers were very slow, only thing on the checklist that was done was the oil change, they didn't add washer fluid, didn't check any fluids., didn't reset the "the change oil soon " notice, I am not sure if they changed the oil filter. They also didn't ask me to start the engine and let it run. I had to get oil and top it off myself. every time I come to this location, there is a totally different crew, and each time they are worse than the ones before. I will not be returning. read more

bought a groupon for an oil change. Get there and they want to charge me 40.00 more. I could understand that if I had a big truck or something. I have a toyota sienna a normal car. they bait and switch wouldn't trust them to wash my car nevermind changing the oil. Upon arrival they told me there were no technicians on the schedule today and they cannot perform the service. Had no answer as to why they told me to come in. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today receiving my oil change. I was told previously that I didn't need to purchase another Groupon voucher as they will honor the coupon price regardless. This did not happen. As I was finished and drove away, I started to hear a very loud banging noise immediately. I turned around to return and all of the employees immediately looked at my car panicked. I was told it was "just" my plastic clips that came off and they replaced them. It looks like this is not the first time they've made such an error. As I'm a woman who was alone, I'm sure they were just trying to tell me anything so I didn't make a big deal out of it. I'm pretty sure there is damage, so I made sure to obtain my receipt and I will definitely be taking action since they are 100% liable. Someone screwed up because they were rushing or whatever the case may be and they did not want to admit that. It appeared to be all new employees (that I never saw the previous several times I came) and the employee that was always extremely helpful to me was not there. They have now lost a customer. I had my wife bring in my 2016 F150 in on Friday 5/17/2024 for a oil change. When I got home on Saturday I checked to see if they topped off my windshield washer fluid and radiator with antifreeze they did. At this time I noticed they didn't snap the clips on the air filter box so I snapped them. Monday morning I was leaving for work and noticed the ford access panel to get to the oil plug was hanging down about two inches off the ground. I have called Mobil 1 on Okeechobee Blvd. but nobody would answer the phone. read more

Totally honest! I usually get my oil change from them and they were great! This time since we got new tires from Tires Plus which includes a free oil change, we went back to them and was told we need full front brake pads replacement and brake fluid flush, etc. for over $700!! So we went back to Mobil1 to get the front brake pads replace and Justin was so nice to inspect the brakes first and told us we still have 50-60% of pads left and don't need any replacement yet. THAT'S HONESTY!! I will highly recommend them for any auto service needed because you won't be taken as a chum. read more

I came to this Mobil Express after not being able to bring myself to go to the Lexus dealership anymore. I was on my way to Lexus for my scheduled maintenance remembering how many hours it takes, how long I was going to have to sit there while my agent attempted to juggle a million things. I was fearful of a fast in and out oil change spot after last time I tried this all my oil came out after they put in a faulty filter and I ended up back at Lexus to fix. This place was great! I sat in my car and had to turn of AC but the manager offered the inside air conditioned waiting area. I chose to stay in car and waited 15 minutes and BAM they were done! I didn't know there was oil that lasted a year I opted for that option Lexus had never offered me that. I waited a bit to write this review to ensure the oil stayed in. And it did! I just did oil change, and to be honest there is no professionalism , the closed the hood and I ask the person are you going to show me the oil stick to see? And after they didn't even put oil sticker on my car, makes you wonder if they really did the oil change in fact, I will never recommend this place bad service . read more

Used a Groupon purchase so overall saved about 15 plus dollars compared going to another quick oil change . Job was easy , oil change and filter . Only took about 15 minutes . Drove away and so far no problem . Best yet, my car tells you if you need an oil change and then there's a sequence of buttons to reset the message . Giving 4 stars because when I sent an inquiry for pricing and availability for a routine oil change (through Yelp), the person who responded said I didn't need an appointment, it'd take about 15 minutes, and that I needed to go into a location to get a quote. This doesn't make sense because Yelp asked for my car details, so the person should have given a quote. I found this to be annoying, but still went in because I desperately needed it and a 15-minute oil change intrigued me. I think I was in and out in 10 minutes, so that was great. The total came to $125, after a $5 tip (I've never seen a garage give a tipping option, so that was interesting). For reference, I drive a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. Since I just moved to WPB, I'm not sure if this price is normal, but I'm used to paying around $70 in upstate NY. My experience was good, and the oil change will last me 10,000 miles, but I might check for cheaper options in the future. read more

Oh yeah back at it again.. Oil change with great customer service as usual.. we got to stay in the car but service was unique and it made us feel very comfortable with their verbal communication. The worst place ever. Would not recommend it at All. I went in for an oil change and they never told me they stripped my oil drain plug. How I found out was it leaked oil all over my driveway. The best part was it was stripped so bad I had to have my oil pan replaced which cost me $200 and now I have oil stains everywhere on my driveway. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!! read more

Went there on last Monday, to get an oil change everything seem fine car was running then on Sunday car started to lose power and started to smoke from the exhaust, had to tow it to a mechanic just to find out they put way to much oil inside my car!!! Be careful of any and all offers from this company. Show one thing get something else. You think you are paying for something and then they tell you have to pay more. I would never recommend this company and I would never come back. They charge you for something, and the only explanation is look at the fine print. Which doesn't show what they are saying, it just leaves room for them to charge you and get away with it. Very underhanded. So if you want to get up charged with little to no evidence of why you are being charged extra besides it's in the fine print which is very vague. Thanks Mobil 1. Never again. read more

They don't even deserve one star. I purchased a $25 synthetic blend oil change from Groupon and when I got there, they claimed they didn't have the right brand for my car and that I had to get the full synthetic oil change. Instead of upcharging me $20 to meet the $45 Groupon full synthetic blend deal, they charged me FULL PRICE and deducted the $25. This is pure fraud. DO NOT USE A GROUPON DEAL FOR THIS LOCATION. I have reported them to Groupon and to the BBB as well. BTW, no where in their Groupon description did they state they might not have the correct brand for your vehicle so BEWARE!!! It turns out that the employee who upcharged us was fired. The owner called us himself & offered our next 2 oil changes for free. He was extremely apologetic & 3 months later, when the car was due, he kept his word. There is a wonderful new employee who assisted us - & my opinion has changed completely. This is a small business owner trying to live the American dream. Bring your car here. One greedy ex-employee was the problem & with him gone, we will be return customers! read more
