They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

Greetings from Spokane, WA! On 28 Feb 2018, I had the pleasure of purchasing a 1971 Super Beetle…read morefrom RC Automotive. I found the car on CarGurus around the end of January 2018, phoned the dealership, and was introduced to my new best friend Nate. After a few back and forth texts, more photos, questions about the car, and calls for close to a month, I told Nate I was interested in purchasing the Beetle; and that I was flying down to Salt Lake to pick it up and drive it back to Spokane. I flew into SLC, Nate personally picked me up from the airport, and drove me back to the dealership to meet my new Bug. The gentleman who detailed the car, made it look like it had just rolled off of the assembly line in 1971. After a test drive, I signed some paperwork, paid cash for the car, and drove off into the sunset...or so I thought I would. I had planned on driving back to Spokane early the next morning, but the Bug wouldn't start. I contacted Nate and got the Bug towed back to the dealership. The Service Manager, Chris, allowed me to occupy an unused service bay, and Nate spent the next few hours going above and beyond to help me get back on the road. There are a few morals associated with my experience. If you want to by a car in Salt Lake, look for Nate (wherever he may be); if he happens to have the day off, ask for Barry. RC Automotive is a BUSINESS. Utilities and associates have to be paid (it's the American way!). Respectfully, if you haven't purchased the vehicle outright, and someone else makes a better offer, don't expect to have priority "dibs" on said vehicle; whether you're flying in or happen to be a local. Also, it's a buyer's responsibility to research the vehicle and dealership before purchasing the vehicle. Ask the right questions. If you don't get the answers you want, it's your right to go somewhere else. Nate, I can't thank you enough. Barry, stay gold. Chris, I died laughing (inside) when you told me you wouldn't drive back to Spokane in that car. Thanks Jazmine, for all the paperwork filed and sent out in a timely manner. And another big thank you to everyone in the service department, and the young man who made my new '71 Beetle look brand new.

Car looked good, test drove it, signed, and came back for pick up by Uber, it was thrashed, totally different. Had multiple lights on the dash, gas completely on empty, no oil, rear passenger tire gash with leak, and engine light on... I refused to take the car. Argued with Barry, he said "he'd make it right", never did. Dealership refused to cancel the sale. I got 2 mechanic reports, both said $10,000 in immediate repairs needed, do not drive the car, if I do, it will turn into $30,000 worth of repairs. Learned car was sold 4 times at the 100,000 mile mark. I returned the car via the credit union and the dealership refused to pay off the credit union! They profited twice on the car! After getting the runaround at a dealership--including a $1500 fee just for paying cash--we decided to walk away. On our way out, the dealer tried to call us back with a "better deal," but by then we were already on our way to West Auto Sales. From the moment we arrived, Jorge was straightforward, respectful, and zero pressure. No games, no hidden fees, and absolutely no BS. We paid cash without any added fees, and the entire process took less than two hours. It was by far the smoothest car-buying experience we've ever had. If you're tired of the dealership tricks and just want an honest deal, go see Jorge. Highly recommend.
