Andrew was the guy who gave my son his haircut and he did not disappoint. He checked in with us at every step to make sure we got what we were looking for in a haircut. I had wasted an hour, leaving without a haircut would have doubled the waste, so 20 MORE minutes pass before I finally got a seat. An hour and 20 minutes without an apology or explanation. Nope, sit there watching the barbers stop cutting hair to yell back and forth to each other about inane topics. Guess they make enough money to turn off potential loyal customers?
