Love coming here for my kid to get his haircut! Vic always gives us great service and does a terrific job!

First time, but also LAST TIME, customer. Walked in, and was told to sign in. Not a problem, as this is customary at some establishments. Was told it would be "around 40 minutes", which seemed excessive but I was curious so I sat down. An HOUR later I had to ASK if it would be much longer, and was shrugged off by the girl behind the counter. She "had to just guess" was her excuse. I had wasted an hour, leaving without a haircut would have doubled the waste, so 20 MORE minutes pass before I finally got a seat. An hour and 20 minutes without an apology or explanation. Nope, sit there watching the barbers stop cutting hair to yell back and forth to each other about inane topics. Guess they make enough money to turn off potential loyal customers? Anyway, the haircut was good at least. Even though my request was simple and not very time consuming. Would have been enough for TWO stars, if I hadn't been informed that they don't take bank cards and I HAD to use the ATM they had. Right next to the counter, of course. Convenient. Anyway, as a lifelong Superman fan, you'd think this would be THE place for me. Think again. read more

First time coming here and it was a huge disappointment and the worst customer wxp. I normally get a tapered and the Barber Stephan went to high on the left side and gave me a bath but I told him to fix it he decided to give me a medium fade according to him which turned into a high fade with another bald spot on my right side and could not erase the line from the haircut. I kept looking at myself with my phone and I told him not to go higher. He began to argue with me, stopped cutting my hair and I walked out. Worst customer experience read more

We just had the best experience at a barbershop. As soon as we walked in it was welcoming. My 2year old son is always scared to sit in the barber seat and will cry and fuss but Mel who cut his hair made him comfortable by asking what he likes, and when she found out he liked Michael Jackson she played him on the big tv. He sat through the haircut with no worries or fears. She did an amazing job. Definitely found our spot and thankfully so close to home. read more

Just moved around the block and decided to look for a new barbershop near by. Went in and was greeted by tony who then recommended me to get my son's hair cut by Gabe. I dont like looking for new barbers because you never know what you will get. But thankfully I was not disappointed by Gabe even though my son was falling asleep he still got the job done. Went over an hour before their listed closing time at around 540pm-ish, see people hanging out, some getting haircuts, busy but not too busy so I walk up to the door, my hairs been growing since march need it cut for work as its almost at my shoulders. I am stopped and blocked by a guy on a cell phone who proceeds to ask the person on the other end of the call to hold on as he tells me "Uh sorry bro, uh actually we're closed already" Really? Were you closed just a moment ago when your door was wide open and I saw people coming and going? Why did you only the lock and close the door after personally denying me service if you were already "closed", seems more like you were only closed for people like me right at that moment. Why close at 5:45pm if you're open till 7pm? Supercuts had literally just done this same exact thing to me word for word minutes prior, it seems more like lazy barbers who don't want to cut my hair so close to closing since its a bit longer than most the usual clientele and they'd have to re-sweep the floors and clean equipment an hour before closing. Change your open hours to 6pm if you're too lazy to render service beyond that time. read more

Aldo is the best barber he's been cutting me up for a long time and i'm always impressed

To start, this is a super chill and clean barbershop. The vibe isn't like other places where they just blast music and focus more on the conversations amongst each other. The TV is big and the chairs are all faced towards it making it feel kinda theater-ish. They make you feel really invited to come in. They accept walk-ins unlike other places where they CLAIM to accept them when all the have are appointments back to back. Granted, i called a little before heading over and the guy who answered let me know they had some seats open; that could have changed in the span of time when I was driving. Their customer service and system is great. I signed in, Lupe set me up on a chair with Fonzo and he hooked it up nice. Fonzo took the time to listen to my request and took even more time making sure the cut was done right without making we wait a long time. Start to finish, he was done in about 30 mins. Tony took care of ringing me up and their prices are very fair and competitive with other shops. I have been on the search for a new shop because I have just been going to various spots over the past year; with that said, they now have my business and I'll be coming back soon. read more

They do a good job but what I don't like is they insinuate to give them a tip. I just want to come in, get a haircut and bounce.

I had my husband and son getting a haircut here. You can call and set an appointment- which means they will have a space for you regardless how busy they are - if you do they will charge $5 extra. I didn't know this, so they wave this fee. They took their time to do the work. I Totally recommend this place! read more

Top notch barbershop! Everyone in the shop is so welcoming and the atmosphere is awesome. The owner is always kind and genuine, in addition the staff is the best in the area. I love a barber shop that acknowledges and greets you right when you walk in the door. They have you covered for any kind of cut whether if it is a fade, taper, undercut, etc. The barbers take their time and really take care of you. Also, I love how the shop is so modern and clean. They have a nice lounging area that includes a big screen t.v. and a playstation to keep the kids at ease while they wait for their haircut. Came in after a job site visit at a nearby construction site around lunch. Jerry/Gerry cut my hair. 1 on sides and back blend to top with barely anything cut off from the top. Dudes are cool and nice and their sound system slaps. A lot of funny conversations. Just wish it wasn't so far away from where I live in ktown. Will be back maybe who knows read more

As a working mom, time is valuable. Walked in today after picking up my son from school 3:30. Kim greeted us with a smile. No one was waiting so Melody took my son right away. Told her what I wanted for my son, military short. She cut the side first and asked me if it was short enough which I liked. I told her to cut it as short as you could because he has a lot of hair that grows like a weed. We were out in 30mins. My son liked it because it wasn't an hour wait to get cut and an hour during the cut. He also mentioned that he liked it because she didn't stop to talk like the other barber shops we've tried. Super pricey for a crappy job. A guy (don't recall his name. His chair was all the way in the back next to a door) was cutting my sons hair. I specifically told him I wanted a comb over. I did not wanted a fade, but a #2. As I was sitting down with my son I saw he was doing a fade. I told him I didn't want a fade on him( he's only 3). I've been going to to this place for a while, but have not been back since covid started til now. I made an appt and usually I see either gerry or es but neither was available so they gave me some guy Ive never seen before. When I made the reservations the receptionist told me that they don't do the $5 appt fee anymore so I thought ok thats cool then. My cut was decent, I only came in for a fix. I tried to fade my own hair but failed so it was pretty much just fixing it, nothing crazy at all it took like 10minutes to cut it. Then I was about to pay and they charged me $25 for a quick fix. I didnt ask anymore, i didnt wana have a discussion over price but I think that's way too pricey for a super short fade. And to top that, the guy wsn't even wearing a mask when at all when he cut my hair. Id probably not come back anymore. Sad, cuz I actually like the other barbers that charged decent and well worth cut. read more

3Stars cause I've only been here once. The shop was very clean and comfortable. They have a couch infront of a big screen Tv which I thought was pretty cool, and alot of seating for customers. Just discovered this spot and I LOVE it! I bring my teenaged son here and he loves it as well. The have different types of chairs to sit on as well as a couch, lots of barbers available, & snacks to purchase. We got to meet the lady owner and she couldn't have been sweeter. read more

This barber shop exceeded my expectations. Awesome line of professional barbers. Super laid back environment as well as clean and organized. They always have great movies showing on the big screen tv to watch while you wait for your turn. They have a huge parking lots as well, you don't have to circle the parking lot to wait for a spot which in my book is a plus. Gabriel cuts my sons hair and I'm super picky about how it's cut (cause what mom isn't) and he always leaves him looking super clean cut.
