I had wasted an hour, leaving without a haircut would have doubled the waste, so 20 MORE minutes pass before I finally got a seat. An hour and 20 minutes without an apology or explanation. Nope, sit there watching the barbers stop cutting hair to yell back and forth to each other about inane topics. Guess they make enough money to turn off potential loyal customers? Anyway, the haircut was good at least. Even though my request was simple and not very time consuming. Would have been enough for TWO stars, if I hadn't been informed that they don't take bank cards and I HAD to use the ATM they had. Right next to the counter, of course. Convenient. Best to call or text to make an appointment. Ronnie does a good. Because I don't know vietnamese I usually just show a picture and says lengths and they can get it. Often they will shampoo and style your hair but I usually shower after any haircut. They usually have music playing and something on the TVs, I'm not a big fan talker so it's nice not having to make small talk while getting my haircut.
