I needed my carpet stretched over my stairs--they did the entire staircase and landing and threw in three area rugs, too. A few months ago, I adopted 3 puppies. I also have a teenager and a daughter who loves to express her creativity with messy arts and crafts. They all did a lot of damage to the carpets in the bedrooms. The smell was unbearable. 2 workers came by who were very polite and very respectful. They came in and finished the job in no time. Do not use this company. The receptionist is rude. I was quoted 29.99 a room. When the service provider arrived he informed me that there were three different prices. The 29.99 was for only steam to be used on the carpet. It went up to 89.99 to add shampoo and then over 100.00 for steam, shampoo, and sanitize. This price was per room. I live in a one bedroom with the furniture in all of the "rooms". I have had my carpet cleaned for years and never paid more than 150.00. It is a scam with a rude first encounter. I had to deal with her twice and twice she was not at all pleasant. read more

Completely unprofessional! They came out and left without doing the job they were hired for! They came out to my house (as a sub-contractor) to clean our main living room carpet area and I asked how much extra would it be to have the stairs cleaned. The rep said it would be the same promotional price of $210 to clean one area, or up to three areas, and he could do our stairs and upper landing for the same price since the main contractor had already taken care of it. I said that would be great! 5 minutes later the same rep said he spoke to his manager (dad) and it would cost me an additional $210 just to do the stairs. I briefly spoke to the manager and he said since it was two different accounts he would have to charge me a separate fee of $210 just for the stairs and he would not tell me how much he was already being paid by the primary contractor. I informed him that I would make the main contractor aware of this and he responded by saying I was threatening him and his guys could leave without doing their job! They left shortly after without any work being done. read more
