I have lived in the same house for 12 years and one day looked down and noticed that my grout was practically black in the kitchen and high traffic areas. I did a yelp blast out to many grout cleaning companies and decided to go with the one that gave me a 20% discount due to my proximity to their place of business. I appreciated this as there would be no surprise charges. Their prices are extremely competitive but most importantly? They cleaned the grout! It was just like brand new with being more than a decade old. I was thrilled with it. Fast forward many months and I suddenly noticed how stained my cream area rug had gotten. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the work that Toro did in my home. I have 3000 square feet of tile that we didn't have sealed when we moved in 7 years ago. But on initial consultation with Victor, he told us that there was going to be a "whole crew" that will work on the floors and it would be an "all day job". He really sold it to us.
