We were on a limited time schedule and they were great about working within that time frame. The installers they referred us to were on time, neat, and did a great job. When you find a family owned local company that makes you feel like your job is important, works with you, and does a good job you go back. I would totally recommend SD Flooring Creations.

First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this team for high quality products, professional treatment and advice, and an impressive installation experience.

I selected a challenging pattern (grid) and was glad they I was working with this store because you can tell they are used to more challenging jobs and have a commitment to excellence and attention to detail. He did just that. He even delivered a sample to my home so we could compare to the sample I had picked up elsewhere... and Floor Store and Design price was lower! What surprised me about working with Josh and Door Store and Design? I thought Josh was a salesman.. He was much more than that. He was hands on in working out details of installation. One example: I found a baseboard I liked at another place, and Josh was able to order that for me at same price as offerings at his store. He also made a personal visit at end of work to check details before I made the final payment. I also had new doors installed, and Josh coordinated work with the door contractor for smoothest completion of floors, doors and baseboards installation. It was important to me to work with a full service floor store to ensure best results. The installation team Josh sent was professional, efficient, and did a great job! Long version is that both tubs were ruined by living in this house 21 years which made them dingy, my mother in law's assisted chair set up which scratched up the bottoms, and our teenagers dying their hair which set black and blue color permanently into the scratches. One tub was acrylic and the other was metal, (determined by me testing a magnet). They both looked really bad and dingy and I was pretty concerned that the metal one was bound to start rusting out with continued use. The tubs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years even after a deep cleaning. There was no shine. I was embarrassed to have guests use the restrooms, as there's absolutely nothing you can do to hide a bathtub. So I read a lot of reviews and got a few quotes. OBR had a good price to begin with plus they offered a 10% cash discount. I also liked the idea that they were so confident about the finish not yellowing. I have a few re coated tubs in a rental property that have held up over the past 25 years but they have yellowed over time and are ugly. I'm going to invest in having OBR redo those tubs in the near future. I only needed to do the insides. The outsides still looked shiney and new. Serge recommend that I let him remove the drain kit so the white coating did not get on that metal and that gave me the opportunity to run over and buy new drain kits (for about $25 ea) and that was the finishing touch. Both tubs now look BRAND NEW and have a very glossy, almost wet, looking finish. I am thrilled with the end result and feel I most definitely made the best choice in hiring these guys. I wasnt too concerned about the potential smell but if you are, the process is indeed odorless. Serge told me it might take around 6 hours but it actually took about 4.5 hours for him to do both tubs. I had left him home while I was out and had to come back sooner than expected since he finished early, and he was very gracious waiting for me to return. The coating only takes 1 day to cure. A+ experience all the way around.

I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. Victor provided such excellent service that I just had to create a Yelp account and give him credit where credit is due. (This is my first ever review of any service.) Thursday afternoon I received a flyer that advertised local businesses. When I saw the carpet cleaning cleaning ad for Toro Steam Cleaning, I called. I asked if there was any way that I could get my downstairs cleaned on Friday since I was having an appraiser come out on Monday. Victor told me he would call me back and see what he could do. He called be back within about an hour and told me that he would be able to work me in on Fridday. He came out promptly at 3:00 on Friday as scheduled. He was very courteous during the entire service call. I have never seen any carpet cleaning service take such careful steps to provide me with the best looking carpet job ever! First, he spot treated the stains. Second, he took a rake tool that fluffed the carpet and worked out most of the stains during this step. Third, he used a powerful steam cleaner that had a super powerful vacuum that left my carpet verily damp. Fourth, he took a special spray to clean the edge where the carpet met the tile to ensure the edge received hands-on treatment. Fifth, he brought in a couple of turbo fans to accelerate the drying process (while he started packing up his other equipment). The large dark stain that was created when the tile installers installed my kitchen tile is gone! All the other stains due to coffee and food spilled are gone. Professional, courteous service left me with superb results. He even gave me free advice on how freshen up my dining room chairs. I have had my carpets professionally cleaned in other areas of the country and from other vendors in the San Diego area, but I have never been as pleased as I am with the service from Toro Steam Cleaning. I couldn't be happier with the steam cleaning service we received! From the moment they arrived, the team was professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They did an amazing job on our carpets, tiles, and even our upholstery--it all looks brand new! The difference is night and day. Stains I thought were permanent are completely gone, and the whole house smells fresh and clean. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and how respectful they were of our home. We just had our carpets and tile floor cleaned by Toro Steam Cleaning. They are amazing. Our grout on the tile was very dirty and they got it looking like new. Our carpets look amazing with the awesome carpet cleaner they use. Victor and his associate were very professional, friendly and got the job done. Unlike other companies that show up 30 minutes to an hour late, these guys got here promptly when they said the would be here. I am amazed at the magic they perform on carpets and tile. I will be having them maintain our carpets every so often to make sure everything looks its best. GREAT JOB!!!!! Very much recommend these guys. I don't usually write reviews, but this company is so good they deserve one. Joe was they guy that came out to my house. He was VERY nice, put my dog outside for me, & started on cleaning. We rent and have the cheapest carpet made, but Joe took his time and got out every little spot and even went over the high traffic area's multiple times. Our house smelled good with no crazy chemical's. The carpet looks amazing AND it was such a good price. I will definitely use them again & again. i am grateful to have found this company. read more

So far I am extremely happy with the cleaning done in my home. The tile floor looks great, the grout is finally clean, and my 12 year old couch, which is so comfortable I can't give it up yet, was given another year. They still have my area rugs,which I have no doubt now will come back super clean as well. I really like the fact that they take the rugs out of the house to be thoroughly cleaned and dried. I had a wonderful experience with Toro Steam Cleaning. They arrived exactly on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the windows of our two-story home - they sparkle! They also cleaned all our tile/grout and then sealed the floors. They were exceptionally careful with the walls/bannisters/appliances (carefully wrapping items with sheeting). I highly recommend Toro steam cleaning. Victor was a true professional from qoute to completion. My old dirty carpet from years of traffic and abuse looked like new again, he was even able to get out the majority of the stains that other cleaning companies have failed to get out in the past. Unfortunately, it didn't work out since we didn't have a hose connection on or property and they didn't have the portable cleaning machine. Womp womp. I did a good ol' Yelp search and created a project for my couch cleaning needs. John was the first to reach back out with a quote and was super responsive! I like to move quickly especially with getting these couches cleaned. I did a pre-clean myself and it was intense so John had his work cut out for him. The first pass through made more of the dirt come out...scary! But he was honest and said if it still was there after it dried, he'd come back and clean it. It smelled great, but it was still a bit stained. John was kind enough to come back and do another pass for no additional charge! Second time's a charm! He did a great job and honestly, it was John's customer service and honesty that sold me! I am glad I can support a small local business, and with kids, I will definitely be using his services again in the future!

Victor is definitely a master cleaner who should be your go to for any carpet or upholstery. Day of service, Victor arrived on time. One thing to note is he was in a uniform, tucked in and clean looking. He is very well spoken and takes the time to listen to our perspective of what we need. He then explained his process in detail and even showed us results in real time as he was cleaning. He also provided some best practices on how to best clean the chairs and rugs between professional cleaning. Not gonna lie, the rug was dirty, but the chairs were filthy. Once cleaned of the 25 year build up, there were many small scratches and some faded spots from the sun. He then did a light screening and recoating with some water based polyurethane.
