I am going to update this review with one star simply because instead of the business reaching out to see if my little guy was ok or how they could help for next time, the biz criticized me for not bringing my pup in more frequently to get groomed & posting a 2-star review about my experience instead of calling them to tell them about it. My Yelp reviews are posted to inform my followers of my personal experience, and I wrote just that. There was no need to go back to the business because the damage had been done. If the business had simply expressed concern about the incident I may have thought about giving this place another try. I love supporting small business, but only businesses that value their customers (and their fur babies). read more

I'm in tears as I write this review because of our poor little dog. If I could give Angel's dog grooming negative stars, I would. The groomer told my dad that she was matted. She was not! I bathe her once a week and brush her daily. The groomer gave her a full sanitization clip #10 and her skin is raw. She is traumatized. I had to even out her ears this morning and she was shaking when she saw the scissors. I don't believe this place is good for toy or small dogs that need professional grooming. A bath and a trim, maybe. I picked her up from the groomer, paid the man, and left - I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I should have opened my mouth and said something, but my dog was crawling up my shoulder to get out of there and then behaved so strangely all day. Just not like herself. read more

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE BRINGING YOUR DOG TO THIS kGROOMER!! This is a perfect example of a lazy groomer, brought my dog here for grooming and I could tell just by the groomer's mood that she didn't want to groom dogs on that day, so she tell's me "oh your dog has to be shaved because she is too matted", I said to her "no thank you and advised her that her lazy mood was very apparent and she will not get my business!" I was able to get an immediate appointment with a different groomer and here is the proof that the groomer at Angel's dog grooming is lazy and doesn't want to take the time to actually groom dogs, instead they'd rather lie to your face and tell you that your dog is matted and do a complete shave down! You did not fool me lady you're very lazy and you should not be touching anybody's dogs or cats! Oh and BTW here is my dogs report card from the other groomer which shows that my dog wasn't matted! Im so glad I didn't leave my dog with these people!!! read more

I thought I had hit the lottery when I found this place a block away from my house. After reading the reviews I didn't hesitate and made an appointment for my fur baby. I had paid $50 at petco for a shave and my dog looked super adorable. After maybe 2hrs I picked up my patchy chihuahua looking terrier. It looks like I took the clippers and did it myself and on top of that the guy told me my dog had a hard time when he tried to shave his face (wonder why). read more

This was my dogs most horrible cut she's ever had in her 6 years. I was very unhappy when I picked her up. She's shaved all the way down to nothing except her face and tail. Her tail is the only thing that's cute. Her face has a Scottie cut. My dog is a Maltipoo Bichon and I did not ask for that cut at all. I left very unhappy and it's a no brainier that I will not be back. I wish this were the end of that but sadly it is not. Now days after her cut, I notice that she's licking constantly and it looks as though her hair is curling up under her lip. I've had enough of this ridiculous cut and grab the scissors to fix it on my own. After cutting one side a bit, I'm move some hair and it looks like I cut her. I freaked out. After a few minutes of terror, I realize that it's not a cut, it's a red string. Where is that coming from?? Oh, it's from the bandana that this "professional" dog groomer has put on my dog. Now I see that the string is coming from the bandana, which is unraveling and as I pull on it, I see that it is so long and had been all the way down into my dogs stomach! My poor puppy! Glad I got it figured out, no thanks to Angel's Dog house. The cut alone shows that there is no professional here, but I still can't believe what else happened after because of them! The 2nd time, was today, i took my Westie in for a summer cut & even showed the groomer pictures of what I wanted. When I picked up my Westie I wanted to cry, not the hair cut we agreed on.
