This was my first time stopping by this shop, as I was recommended here from a loved one. We brought in two little chihuahuas to get their nails cut and the experience was pleasant. The groomer whose name I believe was Kaley, was super sweet and I immediately felt that the animals were in safe, trusting hands. I can't give much more of a review than that, given that we couldn't get the dogs groomed. Unfortunately, they aren't accepting new clients at the moment which seems to be a prolonging issue for people who want to give this business a more in-depth try. read more

Whiskers to Tails did a wonderful job. I decided to come to them after a few bad previous experiences with my normal groomer @ Coventry Pet resort. Kaley was really kind when setting up the appointment on the phone & in reminding me about my dog's appointment. Additionally, when dropping our dog off we told them last minute that our dog had some skin/allergy problems, and they were super kind/understanding about it, and gave her a medicated bath. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and isn't the best behaved sometimes, but Whiskers to Tails did an AMAZING job! They've definitely got a new customer in me and my dogs. read more

This is my first time taking my dogs to whiskers to tails and I didn't really know what to expect since I typically cut their hair by myself, but they came out looking so good! I went through so many dog groomer yelp pages, and let me tell you, there is a good reason why whiskers to tails has a 5 star rating. I came into the store and was greeted by very friendly staff who asked a lot of helpful questions about how I wanted them to cut their hair and those kinds of details. I honestly was just okay with anything as long as their hair was cut, so all the questions they asked me really helped me start to visualize what exactly I wanted for my dogs. I also let them know that one of my dogs gets really fussy around her ears, but they still did an amazing job cleaning up that area. The standard grooming package comes with a cut, trimmed nails and filed, and anal expression. It's also very standard and affordable pricing for seriously top quality. One of my dogs had a nail that was loose that I did not notice when dropping them off, and the staff let me know when I went to pick them up that his nail had just popped off and they disinfected him with hydrogen peroxide. I really appreciate them letting me know and being honest about it even though it's such a minor "injury" it's still good to know about in case an infection does occur. But don't worry he's doing good and I've been keeping an eye on his little paw and he's completely fine. My dogs came out so friggin cute and I still can't stop obsessing over how cute they are. Idk if it's just in my head but they smell fresh and their coats feel so soft. I really couldn't recommend this place more. The staff are nice and did such a great job, I know for a fact that I'll be visiting Whiskers to Tails frequently. read more

Kaley is amazing! I don't trust my doodles, Toby & Charlie, with anyone else, and they don't seem to mind going for their haircut here as much as they have other places in the past. I am very hesitant to trust anyone with my dogs but I trust Kaley completely. She does a great job getting rid of any mats without causing a lot of pain and my pups always look adorable when we pick them up. This is just a amazing place. I have been bringing my rotts to her for years to cut their nails. They aren't aggressive at all but getting their nails cut by strangers, obviously they don't like to much. Now my big rottie comes in, says what's up, goes in the back for her nails cut and doesn't want to leave the table. Straight lays there after, for treats and to be pet. They have developed a relationship, that's pretty amazing for someone who cuts, picks, and grinds their nails. She can be a brat but both groomers are patient with her and do an amazing job at making her look adorable. Definitely call in advance as they quickly fill up (never overbook themselves which I appreciate because it means each dog gets the time they need.) The care given to each dog here by Kaley and her team is amazing and my pups definitely like it given the fact they are always happy and smiling when I pick them up. I love this place so much the workers are the absolute best. We've taken all 4 of our babies here and know they are hand fulls. My big girl has been kicked out of multiple groomers and I used to have to get her sedated to be groomed. I told the girls about the problem and told me to just bring her in without the meds. My baby has never looked so stress free coming out of a groomers before. The girls there are so sweet and patient and we really appreciate them. I love Cheryl she is great. I have a spoiled 4 pound Chihuahua that requires bimonthly visits. Unfortunately her previous owners didn't know she was royalty and were abusive. The poor thing has the scars to prove it. So naturally she isn't very good with strangers and is scared to death of anything that looks like a veterinarians office or that confines her to a cage or kennel. She doesn't do well with other dogs and is a known biter. Our previous groomer had to put a muzzle on her so many times I lost count. She hated going there and I decided to try Whiskers to Tails. My dog actually behaves when she goes here. She still tries to snap, but they are so understanding. She hasn't been overly aggressive to anyone and she even wags her tail when they finish. The prices are also very reasonable. You can tell that they genuinely love dogs. She does exceptional work with Scottish Terriers and West Highland Whites I've also seen some super cute Schnauzers. I only wish they took credit cards since I always forget to get cash. read more

I brought my service dog, a Labrador-golden mix in for a bath and brushing. They offered a "deshedding bath" which I opted for because my dog sheds a LOT. The process took about two hours. His coat looks beautiful! He is also not shedding for the first time in years! I did have some concerns because the staff had several dogs loose and wandering around the back of the store. Dogs--even the most well-behaved dogs--can be unpredictable when with other dogs, and I'm not one to let my dog loose with strange dogs or dogs I'm not sure I can trust. You can never be too careful. I love this place already. I was looking for a new groomers closer to home but was having a hard time finding a place that did small dogs with long hair not just shaving dogs down. I wish I remembered the girl's name to give her a shout out bc she did such a great job with my Yorkie. Super friendly and nice as soon as I walked in. They let my dog take his time walking to the back instead of pulling him on his leash. Very welcoming. He was done in 2 hours! I was very happy about that because most places take your dog and make them sit in a crate for a while- they don't do that here at all.
