I had high hopes for this mobile grooming company based on the pictures, reviews, and even a friend's referral. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The communication was off right from the get go. She seemed annoyed with the requests we had for a specific cut for both our Yorkies which were very ready for their summer cut. Yes, they were definitely overgrown & had some knots here & there (even though I brush them) but the groomers took it upon themselves to perform what I can only describe as a HACK JOB on both of my dogs. I'm heartbroken. These are my babies and this type of work is just NOT acceptable. How can you return the pups to their owners like this & charge $200?? It's completely unacceptable. I could've saved everyones time & my money & trimmed my littles myself with my kitchen scissors. Maybe they do a great job with short hair dogs, idk. But if you are unfamiliar with how to cut a Yorkie, just DON'T. read more

David's attention and TLC with our dog went (and continues to go) above and beyond and provides valuable advice to us when needed. Our dog always looks great and the entire process is far less stressful for her - and therefore less stressful for us.
