The staff is also very easy to reach and a pleasure to work with, and they often check up on me if I haven't reached out in a while. It is easy to get extra help, when necessary, and the timesheet process could not be easier. I recently tried for 3 days to get through on their toll-free number and never could after 45 minute waits. I tried logging into their website but it had errors and I tried using the IVR on their phone line and it didn't recognize my account. I finally had the escalate through Kaiser customer support to get the supplies I needed and then instead of being there in the next day or two it took a week. Now Kaiser is not renewing their contract with them so hopefully the company they're going to is as good as apria used to be.
