I was told that I'd be contacted the following week to get PT. I did not get a call, so on Thursday I called them and were surprised that I was not contacted. The following week I got a visit on Tuesday with another one on Thursday. I got call on Wednesday letting me know that I only had three visits and the two for the previous week were "missed visits", their misses since I am not mobile and at home 24x7. So, I only got on visit of the three because they did not have their schedule together. Get another provider if you can.

I was given Tami's name with high praise from Lori at Truewood (my mother's place of residence) Everything was clearly explained to Tami regarding my mother's 24-hr care requirements until her death. All seemed in order and they met us at her home when the ambulance transported her there. Not until then did I learn that the caregivers were NOT licensed and would not be able to administer meds or suction her airway as needed. I had to pay over $12,000 in advance for 14 days of care. The staff were more like companions than caregivers, asking to do laundry or cleaning but clearly unsure how to care for a dying patient. One didn't even turn her for over 6 hrs, her face wasn't washed, her teeth weren't brushed, and I read with much distress that my mother had woken confused in the night and asked for me repeatedly but I was never called or told, even though I had given instructions call me anytime. One caregiver was pretty good with care..she knew how to position my mother, she changed her clothes, gave her a bed bath, and even brushed her hair. Unfortunately, this was the same caregiver that was curled up like a cat on the sofa, shoes off, sound asleep in the middle of the morning and I was in the apartment for a full 15 minutes before she even woke up. The last morning was horrid. We arrived about 9am and the caregiver reported she had just repositioned my mother. When I walked into the room, I could tell from her color that she was gone. She had stopped breathing and the girl didn't even notice! I called hospice and dismissed her as she stood there with saucer eyes and asked me what I wanted her to do! I called Tami a few days later and told her that I felt the staff was unprepared to care for a dying patient. She immediately got defensive, told me that the staff was assigned according to experience and there should have been no issues. She then asked for a good review. The final straw...my mother died after only 5 days and so we were due a refund. She died on the 9th. We didn't receive the check until the 4th of the following month, made out in my DECEASED mother's name and sent to the wrong address. If they had been honest about their limitations, I would never have hired them. We had other options that I would have taken. I cannot honestly recommend this company unless all you need is companion services and/or your loved one is able to speak for themselves.

I had a dialysis patient who really needed a urgent authorization and I had spoke to two other auth representatives on 6/17/26 who did not see previous auth that was submitted by my coworker on 6/10/26. Jimmy Espinoza was the 3rd representative I spoke to and he looked thoroughly to find faxed auth which was above and beyond due to his caring nature and concern for the patient. The staffs are friendly, helpful and not a miute late of the appointment. -1 star for the wait and -1 star for the time waste. The 3 stars are the servied provided. Just recently the last few times we were there, we had to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. I understand some days are better than others, but for the last 2 months we were there 5 times. My husband had 2 appointments ( labs and result) and my 2 kids has 3 appointments total. (1 regular f/up and 2 physical) and for all 5 times within the 2 months, we had to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour. It has gotten really bad.. Please do something about your appointment times. The patients time are as important as the Drs'. This takes us time out of work to get to our appointments on time. Please be understanding and know that life is busy and some times the daylight hours that is given to us is not enough for us to waste.
