Commercial Trailer had a hub blow off a set of duals in San Juan Capistrano yesterday on I5, we got the driver back on the road with a temp fix until we found a shop that had parts and could repair. This AM, driver calls me and he had found this place , they had parts and could complete. They gave him an estimate and said they would be able to complete repairs today! They texted me pictures, gave a good estimate that had to be amended a few times after the hub was apart. Very good communications, pricing seemed fair, job was completed today as promised. We unfortunately had a bad experience with our truck, we kept bringing it back every week for similar issues, if it wasn't one thing it was another. After the third time we finally decided to take it to our old mechanic after being told that our started was completely damaged and ww needed a new one. Never the less, the girls where very nice, including the owners however... after having to bring your truck back constantly you do loose trust and this is what happened to us. read more

First time doing a yelp review, read the message from Jeff L. and his experience with his motor home, so I decided to swing by the shop before taking my RV. The parking was full of semi's and trailers. Although the shop looks deceptively small, it is huge inside and can handle the most challenging mechanical issue with all the equipment readily accessible.  After my drive by visit, I reached out and spoke with Luis, the manager. I informed him that I needed a stage 2 kelderman suspension with a self leveling system installed in a 2008 Gulf Stream Supernova, which is designed on a International 4200 chassis with no suspension in the back axel. He said he was up for the challenge after I sent him pictures. I then took the RV in the following Monday morning and notified him we had a trip scheduled Wednesday night. Luis informed me that he would get the RV back to me before that time.   After delivering the RV on Monday, Luis notified me that the the bushings were bad and advised they needed replacement with polyurethane ones, which would greatly improve the suspension issues. On Wednesday, I contacted Luis again and advised him I would be picking up the RV for our family trip. He stated that the bushings and alignment were done, however, the 2 stage suspension was not complete. He further informed me that the vehicle was safe to drive, and would complete once I returned from our trip. During our trip, Luis contacted us for an update on our trip and if the RV drove better with the upgrades to the bushings and alignment. I informed him that the RV drove straight as an arrow and was surprisingly impressed with the handling of the RV. Once we returned from our trip, Luis took our RV into the shop immediately and began working on completing the stage 2 kelderman suspension with self leveling kit. The shop completed the work in a couple of days and apologized for any delay; however, he wanted the work done right and completed properly. He further stated that the work on installing the kit was more than expected, but was excited for accepting the challenge. I can't say enough about the customer service of the OTAY Master Truck Center. Like Jeff L. stated they literally go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. Even though the job took longer than expected, the Manager Luis stayed in contact with updates on the status, and I appreciate transparency and I'm willing to wait on quality work done right and that's the type of experience you'll get from Otay Master Truck Center.  SIDE NOTE: Luis also detailed the RV from the outside, stated that was the least he could do for taking so long...To an RV owner that's gold - LOL Alfredo read more

So I have a 2007 Renegade Motorhome on a Freightliner Coronado chassis, I had a lot of body roll and when driving or especially when entering uneven areas', I did some research and came upon Otay master Truck center that specializing in suspension, after talking to Luis the manager he told me that he could replace all the rubber bushings with polyurethane and inspect everything to make sure there is nothing else, he quoted me over the phone on a complete bushing replacement and alignment . I scheduled with him even though it was a 2 hr drive, I arrived at 8:00 AM and was immediately directed to pull into the huge shop, After looking at the coach they started inspecting right away, less than an hour later he called me to say everything else under the coach looked great, but the rubber bushing were cracked and pieces missing, I also had a cracked windshield which he said he can have taken care of while the coach was there, He also told me they would inspect the wheel bearing, and replace or re-torque if necessary, ( they were good only replace the seal ) I told him i just needed done today, since it was too far to come back, he assured me they would get done, he kept me informed during the day of the progress, I arrived back to the shop at 6:00 to find out they were still working on it, Replacing the rear torque rods, and bushings in the rear, He told me they would not leave until they were 100% done, finally at 8:00 they were complete including the alignment, and the windshield the guys were greasy and tired, but said no one leaves until i go for test drive to make sure i was 100% happy, After testing the coach which was WOW what a difference, I could defiantly tell the coach was a lot stiffer, and handled the corners way better, steering wheel was straight and tracked very well on the freeway, when i pulled back into he drive he had me pull over to the nitrogen tank, where he re-filled my tires with nitrogen, Finally at 8:45 we were done, and i was down the road, arriving home at 11:00 pm... I cannot say enough about this company, I have dealt with a lot of business's in my life, and there are only a handful i would ever give a review too, and especially repairs facilities, most are looking to just make a buck, Luis was more interested in making sure i was completely satisfied, What company do you know that keeps working, no dinner, just get it done..
