My black tank valve handle was bent so that I could no longer use the restroom (as the valve wouldn't close). I sent a request to Sai on Yelp, he called me in less than an hour and came out the very next day. He brought the proper replacement part but upon inspecting the trailer decided it would be better long-term if he attempted to repair the bent rod. He was able to do that and it works good as new. First off - I hope Yelp actually posts this review. Sai has many more positive reviews that are not visible to you bc Yelp isn't allowing them to be visible without pay (highly disappointing Yelp...) But if you can see this: You're missing out if you don't book him! This man really took care of us! Our RV house batteries were wired (installed) incorrectly yesterday and we didn't know it until a few hours later. We could tell something was wrong with our batteries but didn't know how to fix it or what to do. We went to an auto store and they were unwilling to look at our RV batteries. I looked up and messaged Sai and he answered right away (10pm!), and the best part was that he came to our place the next day. We were already stressed because we were packing our home, driving a few hours up north in a day, and planning a cross country trip in the next two weeks so this issue put us over the edge and we didn't think we'd find someone to help last minute. Sai was an expert who found the problem, fixed it, and even improved our battery set up. He educated us and gave us many useful pro tips; he's a true professional. His price was reasonably affordable considering he drove to us, did over an hour of labor, troubleshooted, and replaced and rerouted wires in our house batteries. He also asked if there were any other issues in our RV that he could help us with - unrelated to our original problem, and even worked on fixing one of our overhead lights. My RV had weird issues going on with the tail lights, brake lights, turn signals, and trailer lights. After trying to fix myself, I gave up and contacted Sai. He came out next day, on time. I showed him the problem and after a brief period, he explained to me what he found (and didn't find) and what the fix would be with the wiring.
