From the beginning, the lady was rushing me to get undressed, she didn't cover me with the pink blanket so it was cold. The Ruby said an extra 15 minute massage for arms and shoulders, the lady did a horrific job it didn't feel good at all and she massaged me for maybe five minutes if that. She got water up my nose and in my ear. I came here to be relaxed but it just felt rushed, she did one stroke for all the head massagers, head massage wasn't there she was scratching my head didn't feel good. She barely blew dry my hair it was all frizzy. Lastly there were kids running around screaming and crying. 10/10 my besties asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday and I told them I wanted to go to a head spa. One of my girlfriends had been to Angels head spa when they first opened and had a great experience. My other girlfriend called and was able to book a reservation for 7 of us each with a 90minute service and was sent a text confirmation for the appointment. On the day of the appointment I walked in before any of my other friends and was immediately welcomed and offered a bottle of water. The hostess asked if I wanted to start or wait for the rest of my party and I opted to wait. Within 5-10 minutes all of the girls in my group arrived and we started on the pampering. They have you remove your top and all jewelry and provide you with a cover/shawl. There's a container for your jewelry and a basket for your shoes, clothes, and purse. You lay down on a cushioned table and your neck sits on cushioned pillow. Once I was able to relax my body I succumbed to my therapists hands. She massaged my shoulders and neck which made me feel even more comfortable and relaxed. She did ask if I wanted her to go stronger or less but she had it just right. She then proceeded to give me a facial which also felt very nice. It was like a full blown service for my face which I havent received for some time. Then I received a deeper massage on my neck and then my hair was shampooed and my scalp was massaged. Then there was even more body massaging of my arms and feet. The foot massage was sooo sooo nice. I really needed all of it and I'm so grateful for the experience. All of my girls had an excellent experience as well. Came here on a Friday to try a quick 30min hair session because I kept seeing their special $35 for 30min sign. All in all the 30 minutes were great, I didn't get a massage it was more just washing face and scalp wash and condition but they also dried my hair. First time at a head spa and I truly enjoyed the experience. I called same day to make an appointment for 2 people and they were able to take us. Easy to find, adequate parking, and across the road from the Regal theaters; unassuming on the outside, but clean and bright once you are inside. Cosmetology licenses are displayed in the stylists respective chair/mirror area. The staff was welcoming and attentive to us. You have your own private area separated by curtains. You are given a wrap around robe to change into and a box to place your personal belongings which goes under your table area for the duration of your appointment. We ended up going with the Emerald 60min option and it was more than enough to feel pampered and refreshed. The massage of the hands was excellent, neck/shoulder massage was ok, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the facial and the cooling sensation of the gua sha stones/rollers, but the star of the show was certainly the scalp rub/massage. They use their hands but also a delightful tool that feels incredible! The only hiccup that occurred was a slight language barrier which caused a bit of confusion for me as far as where to change my clothes. I also wished that I would be asked if the water was too hot/cold, but otherwise it was a nearly perfect experience and I will go back! read more

Worth every penny! From the beginning to end it was soooo relaxing. The Diamond service incorporated a mini facial complete with a face mask, upper body massage and foot massage along with the hair wash, so in essence a little less time is spent on the hair wash but I personally enjoyed that much more than the other spas that focus solely on the scalp. Just went here yesterday w 2 friends. Scheduled at 2 PM, but we got there early and they were happy to take us. First off the design and decor of theHead Spa is cute. It's very pink. You're greeted with bottles of water and candy and all the nice women who work there. I To the left there's six Head Spa beds in a row with curtains to separate them or not if you decide to come with a group. We ended up getting their 90 minute angel diamond Head Spa service for a huge discounted rate of $105. I was blown away when they started with just kind of rubbing and scratching my scalp and my ears, they massaged your shoulders, They massaged your arms and hands. They then massage your knees all the way down to your feet with a little reflexology. you get a full on facial with all kinds of different massages including the Guasha tool, they hot stone, They did some massage machines that I'm not even aware of what because my eyes were closed. then they go back to your head and just go at it for the last part, just scrubbing and washing and rinsing and going back to your face and massage rinsing your face and when they're finally done, you sit down on the seat and they blow dry your hair, offering you a cold bottle of water.
