Pricing recently increased by $5. The massage itself was decent, but the therapist seemed unsure at first and kept stepping away to consult with staff. The biggest issue was at the end--when I gave a tip, I was pressured to give more. Multiple employees got involved and insisted on a minimum $10 tip per massage, which felt very uncomfortable and intimidating. Tipping should be optional, not forced. I came here as a college student looking for an affordable, relaxing experience, but the situation afterward completely ruined it for me. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

We love this place and have been repeat customers for some time now. They have a great $35 70 minute combo massage with hot stone and essential oil!! It's such a great deal and they do such a great job. My girlfriend is a nurse and Xing Xing really took care of her tight spots, would highly recommend this place for a great deal and great massage!

The place is standard. The massage is okay, I just don't like they are using gloves during foot massage because I am allergic to latex (see picture), I don't want to complain anything but when I saw the receptionist I just showed her my skin reacted to Latex. I did not attempting for any negotiation such as money back or anything, just let her know some people skin is sensitive to certain latex, they can use different types of gloves for sensitive skin but no, she rolled her eyes, laughing out loud and stated "we have to protect our therapists", what about the clients who pay for the service, who gonna protect us and what is the point of soaking foot before the foot massage? If the receptionist was more polite and apologize instead lol, I would not rate this massage parlor 1 star

I've had several different massage therapists, and every single one has been attentive, skilled, and genuinely focused on making sure the session is tailored to what I need. Before each massage, they always ask if there are any areas I'd like them to focus on and what level of pressure I prefer. Whether I'm looking to relieve tight shoulders or just unwind, they've consistently delivered one of the best massages I've had. The space itself is spotless, with an elegant, calming atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. The heated massage tables are such a nice touch, because I'm always cold! If you're looking for a true Thai massage experience, they also incorporate techniques like walking on your back (with your comfort in mind), which provides an amazing deep stretch and pressure. One tip: make an appointment. They're popular for a reason, and they book up quickly. They also accept Zelle, which is a convenient way to pay and avoid card processing fees. It's not easy to find a massage place that's this consistent, clean, and professional. This is one of those businesses that earns repeat customers, and I'll definitely continue coming back.

I especially want to give a shoutout to Paula because she is truly amazing at what she does. She knows exactly how to work out all the knots in my neck and shoulders without causing any pain or bruising, which is so hard to find. You can tell she really understands the body and pays attention to what you need. This has honestly become my favorite once a month treat. I always leave feeling stretched out, reset, and completely relaxed. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that actually knows what they're doing and makes you feel taken care of.

The guy I had literally put his entire strength on my shoulders and back and I feel like he hit every knot and I felt super nimble after. I had a lower back injury few years ago and my back feels so much better. I didn't even realize I had that much tension there but they were able to release the knots. My boyfriend and I noticed how strong they were when they were giving us our massage. Compared to some luxury spas who kinda just do the bare minimum , this place definitely released stress in my body and worked through every muscle. Though you're in a room full of other people, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They do ask you to pay upfront. I paid $30 for the 60 min. And then after your massage you tip your masseuse. Some will ask to take off your tops and they'll provide robes and I noticed some kept their tops on. I guess it's preference? I tipped mine $20 and he looked happy. I liked how they don't chase you down for more as some other places will do. Overall I really like this place and will be going back in the near future!

This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I scheduled a massage for my mom yesterday…read more Unfortunately, I couldn't go with her because I had already left for Vegas. My mom doesn't speak fluent English, so she needed a little help understanding and filling out the paperwork when she arrived. That is completely understandable. What is not understandable is the way your front desk staff treated her. The older white woman at the front desk was incredibly rude, impatient, and disrespectful. Instead of showing even the slightest bit of kindness or understanding toward someone with a language barrier, she spoke to my mom in a condescending tone, literally made her feel embarrassed and unwelcome. No customer should ever be treated that way. This wasn't even the first red flag. When I called to make the appointment, I could already sense how unfriendly and rude the front desk staff were over the phone. After seeing how my mom was treated in person, it's clear that this is a much bigger problem than just one bad interaction. As a customer, I came here expecting professional service, not to have a family member treated with disrespect simply because she doesn't speak English fluently. Language barriers should be met with patience and basic human decency, not hostility. The massage therapist was okay, to be honest my mom told me her pain area wasn't getting any better after the massage. If the owner reads this, I sincerely hope you take this seriously. Your front desk employees represent your business, and they need proper customer service training. No one should leave your establishment feeling humiliated because they needed a little extra help communicating. If I could give zero stars for the front desk experience, I absolutely would.

I received a Groupon from my family for Mother's Day and was so excited to book a massage! Before…read morescheduling, I spent some time reading Yelp reviews and, honestly, I was a little hesitant based on some of the comments I saw. When I called to make an appointment, they were pretty booked up, so my appointment was about 10 days out. A few days before my visit, I got a call that they needed to reschedule because of a scheduling conflict. Sue was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful in getting me back on the calendar. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and filled out some basic paperwork. I know several reviews mention the forms, but it was nothing unusual--just standard information. No social security number or first-born child required! Julie took me back right on time and explained her massage approach before getting started. The room was peaceful and relaxing, and she checked in just enough to make sure the pressure was comfortable while still letting me fully unwind. The massage itself was amazing. In fact, later that evening my daughter asked if I was okay. When I said yes, she told me I seemed "super mellow." That's when I realized just how relaxed I felt! Julie definitely worked her magic, and the effects lasted well beyond the appointment. Since I used a Groupon, I did have to sign a form acknowledging that only one Groupon is allowed per client, which seems completely reasonable. They also offered a few special deals for first-time Groupon customers. I'm actually having a little buyer's remorse for not taking advantage of the $60 massage special they offered that day! Overall, I had a great experience and am very happy with Health Atlast. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the massage was exactly what I needed. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
