It's about $5 cheaper than other salons. Don't waste your money. I went for a regular mani/pedi $40 - wimpy massage, no hot towels, she didn't push back my cuticles, didn't apply the polish up to the cuticle or close to the sides. Second coat was sparse didn't cover the first layer of polish. Polish chipped within two days. I made an appointment to have a mani/pedi after she finished my finger nails she went to go do a walk-in customer and came back to me 35 minutes later to do my toes, even though I had an appointment. No Bueno! The ladies aren't friendly and the bathroom was dirty. Won't be back! read more

Went in 2 weeks ago for my first time for acrylic French tip. My nails were done by a younger woman and she did an excellent job. I loved them but they were a little long for my liking, so I came back in today for a fill. First, a fill is only 5 dollars cheaper than a full set. I thought that was strange but went ahead anyways. Today the owner Kathy did my nails. She did a horrible job. The service was clearly rushed and sloppy, with no regards to my time or money. No cuticle care, the fill isn't covering my new nail growth, and they honestly look horrible. From afar they're ok, a little boaty but not that bad. Then you look closely and you realize that she didn't connect the lines for the French tip. So sloppy! The French tip lines are uneven, some thicker than others, and she only did one coat of the white. I'm already seeing the paint come off on the edge of my nails and I got them done 3 hours ago. I knew she was rushed because there were 2 people waiting. The first time I made an appointment and waited 20 minutes anyways. They overbook and are only concerned with making money, with no regards to their craftsmanship. 0/10 would not recommend, spend a little more for better quality literally anywhere else. read more

When you make an appointment it doesn't really mean anything. I've come twice, and both times had to wait 30minutes past my appointment to get a pedicure. They overbook and everyone coming in with the same time appt sits around waiting for their turn. Also, their nail varnish is diluted with thickener/thinner so it's often clunky or so sheer you need 4 coats. I got the same color twice and both time they were different shades of pink (with the same name on the bottle??) Is this place cheaper? Yes, but not worth the time you waste waiting and the quality is what you pay for. I won't be coming back. read more

Honestly - pretty stoked to find this spot. It's really close to my house and they're kind of tucked away and hidden so I feel like it's never busy and I never have to wait. This is not a fancy place, so if you're looking for a boujee spot to get your nails did where you can stare at chandeliers and sip champagne, this is not the one. BUT, if you're looking for a really good chair massage and quick/quality service for a decent price, well WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER! Service is always done pretty quickly - I feel like I'm in and out pretty fast. I paid $30 for a full set with gel polish so I felt like that was super reasonable. Be mindful - it can be a little hard to find, you really have to pay attention when you're driving there or you'll probably miss it, but the staff is friendly and IMO it's worth a visit. read more

It's reasonably priced and they do a great job on pedicures! My feet feel nice and soft and refreshed. She really took her time and didn't rush through. Have been going to Angel Nails for at least Ten years. Kathy & the ladies do great work. I have had acrylics off & on, but switched to Gel a couple years ago. They gel usually lasts 2-3 weeks on my hands and longer on my toes. I always get a French manicure & they take their time & do great work. Pedicures in particular are great. They always scrub the dry skin off my feet in addition to all the usual stuff. Every once in a while they get a new girl that I don't like their work, but they don't usually last long. 99% of the time I am more than satisfied. They have had mostly the same group of ladies all these years. Consistency really helps grow a business. They do take walkins, but I usually call first to make an appointment. It's easy to find on Harbor Blvd. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If I'm out of town for a while, they always call me to see if I am OK. I mean, who does that? These women are great. read more

The girl who did them was in such a rush it literally seemed like she was in a race to finish or something. I brought my own design and omg she did a TERRIBLE job. Not only did she not take the time to shape them well the design looked like a 5 year old did it. Then after I told her i didn't like it and if she could make them one solid color (and I would still pay for the design) she said she couldn't because she had an appointment. Wtf??? Not only did i pay for a disgusting manicure i had to go two doors down to Crystal nails and pay again to get them fixed. I could have just walked out without paying but Im not a Douch bag like the lady who didn't want to fix my nails was.Ii went that day to get them done why wouldIi want to come back to get them "fixed" the next day.
