Dirty salon. The floor is dirty with hair and water. While they really try to be nice and attentive if a new customer comes in, they will switch you out of your appointment to make money. Very unprofessional. It is too bad because they can do nails but in terms of customer service money is more important not you. read more

Went in few weeks ago to get a Pedicure done, Mary was amazingly helpful she was able to fit me into their busy schedule pretty quickly and gave me a really good deal! Richard was the tech that did my pedicure and he did an excellent job! It was very relaxing and therapeutic and didn't take too long. I highly recommend Ritz Nails Salon, definitely will be coming back for future appointments! read more

Great customer service from Mary, Bree and Ivy. My Gel-X manicure from Bree was exceptionally done and the gel pedicure from Ivy was cleanly applied, no bubbles and matched the cat eye nail polish. The salon has great ambiance and is in a nice area too! read more

This place is beautiful inside (5 stars for looks) and very close to my house so I have gone here for the past 6/7 months. However, the staff never remembers me and always asks me if it's my first time there even though I've had the same person do my nails on multiple occasions. I realize it's covid and we all wear masks but there comes a time where you would hope they would start to remember you and make you feel welcome. I always cut my own toenails before getting a pedicure because I feel better about doing this myself and usually they ask me if I want them only filed because it's apparent that they do not need cutting. However, this time my girl took initiative without asking and decided to cut my left toenail that was already very short and made me bleed from cutting it WAY too low so now not only is one toenail way longer than the other but my toe is very sore and the skin that's normally under the nail is exposed and it hurts to wear closed toe shoes. The skin has a splinter like cut now that catches on my bed sheets at night and irritates it even more... definitely not fun. I tipped over 20% even though I received a toe wound and they acted like I should've tipped more money. I'm over this place and am going to start going somewhere to else. read more

I'm a licensed hairstylist of 30+ yrs and work at 17th Street Beauty Supply. Natalie gives me the MOST thorough detailed pedicure ever!! She always exceeds my expectations and makes my feet feel baby soft and beautiful!! She does "dip gel" manicures too! I love it bc my nails take a beating at work and at home. I arrived only about three minutes late, yet I ended up waiting nearly an hour before anyone started my service. Once I was finally attended to, I was immediately handed the color book and rushed to choose a color, making the entire experience feel stressful instead of relaxing. The service itself felt rushed from beginning to end, and unfortunately, the quality reflected that. I was charged $108, wasn't given a receipt, and left wondering what I had actually paid for. The final result did not meet my expectations. I understand that businesses get busy and that employees have schedules to keep. However, if there isn't enough time to provide proper service, it's better to be honest and say there is no availability rather than have a customer come in, wait for nearly an hour, and then feel pressured through the appointment. A trip to the nail salon should leave you feeling relaxed and happy. Instead, I left feeling stressed, rushed, and disappointed. Between the lack of communication, feeling pressured throughout the appointment, the poor-quality service, and the price, this was an experience I won't be repeating. Thank you anyway.

From the moment I sat down I was shown a book to pick out the color I want instead of having to choose one from the shelf of all the polishes. I only saw one sparkle color, so I asked if they had anymore glitters, and they did! I chose pink sparkle to match my purse and outfits I have been wearing lately. The whole process was so easy and quick, and the lady who did my nails was so nice. Towards the end of my appointment to my surprise, an employee from the coffee/ juice place next door came in and said they had extra drinks so I also got a free coffee! I paid first and tipped first before I got my nails done so that I didn't have to touch anything after and risk messing up the polish, but the gel dried so quickly I don't even think it was necessary to do that!

I wanted to splurge a bit before having my baby and booked a gel pedicure and hard gel for my…read morenails. The lady who did my pedicure did a nice job and I was happy with how they turned out. However, the lady who did my hands cut one of my fingers to the point of bleeding and left a shallow cut on another while filing my side walls. The other side walls are all quite sore as she filed them all pretty far. The hard gel on at least one of my nails did not go to the end of my nail bed and I pointed this out (it looked like the filing had actually grooved down past where the hard gel had been and into my natural nail on top). She kept saying "it's fine. I'll just add more of the other gel later." I asked if it would grow out wonky or lift and she said "no, it'll be fine." She ended up added builder gel to that specific nail and then gobbed on the color gel pretty thick at the base of that nail. From far away they look cute but if I look closely the quality just isn't great. When I paid, the lady charging me asked "you don't want to leave a tip for your techs?" So I explained again what had happened to her and said I'd happily leave one for the lady who did my pedicure but not for my nails and as I really was not happy with how they turned out. She gave me the Venmo of the pedicure lady and said she was sorry and would talk to the other girl. Over all I felt everyone was quite dismissive as I expressed to both the lady while she was doing my hands and the one ringing me up that I wasn't with them but no one interested in doing much to fix it.

I had such a great experience at Ritz Nail Salon! Mary at the front desk (the manager) was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect color swatch and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun from the moment I walked in. I made an appointment with Bee for a Gel X set, and she absolutely nailed it. I showed her a few photo references, and she was able to replicate the design perfectly. honestly, she made it look even better with her own adjustments and attention to detail. Her work is super detailed, clean, and exactly what I wanted. It's been two weeks now with no lifting or breakage at all, which really shows the quality of her work. Bee is so easy to work with, talented, and really listens to what you want. Both Mary and Bee were bubbly, fun, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she's also super fast and always gets my nails looking flawless--especially when I bring in inspo photos or new ideas. This is my favorite salon and the only place I will go for my nails. Emily is the best! She is always friendly, attentive, and does great work! She respects my time and works fast, and the quality of her work is so good that my nails always come out looking perfect and just the way I want them. I have tried other salons but none of them compare to this one and I have never had anyone do better work than Emily. Thank you Emily for being so good at what you do and caring about your customers. place is a joke. $45 fill that lasts 5 days. emily used to do my nails and then i switched to annie. both terrible! my nails break within 4-5 days. i go back and they don't even try to fix it, annie just puts glue and presses it and thinks that would fix it??? obviously it won't?? it broke again within an hour. stay clear of this salon! oh and they use cheap polish, my pedicure chipped within a day.. update; they refused me service! said i'd give them another chance but they didn't accept me horrible '!!! read more

I saw in her comfy chair and she showed me the many various OPI colors she had to choose from. I choose a dark plum color and she started the process. I like that she was gentle and careful when shaping my nails. She also did a paraffin treatment to help moisturize and keep my hands soft. The paraffin wasn't too hot either like other places. Carmen then used a special technique when polishing my nails to make it last longer. My nails literally looked like gel nails although it was only polish. I love them!
