This place has always been my favorite, and I've had my nails done here many times. Unfortunately, yesterday was the first time I had such a bad experience. At first, I wasn't planning to leave a review, but after the way I was treated, I felt I needed to share what happened. I asked for a specific design, and when I politely mentioned that I didn't like one detail and asked if it could be fixed, the nail technician actually yelled at me. The customers next to me even looked over because they heard her. It was really uncomfortable and embarrassing. As a customer, I should be able to respectfully ask for a small correction without being treated that way. I've always loved coming here, which makes this experience even more disappointing. read more

I've had a bit of a love-hate relationship with LaBelle. On the positive side, they do cute, trendy nails, and I've generally been happy with how my nails turn out. The technicians are fast, talented, and the finish usually looks great. I do have a concern with their gel removal process. Rather than soaking off gel, my nails are routinely drilled down, and after visiting consistently for a long period of time, my natural nails have become extremely thin and weak. It feels like I've become dependent on builder gel or Gel-X just to maintain nail strength. I would love to see more emphasis placed on preserving the health of clients' natural nails, even if the removal process takes a little longer. My other frustration is with payment. I prefer to pay by credit card because I use the points and rewards, but nearly every visit I'm asked to pay cash instead. I completely understand offering cash as an option, but after communicating my preference multiple times, it feels uncomfortable to be repeatedly pressured to pay another way. Overall, I think if you're looking for a trendy nail for a vacation or event, LaBelle does a good job. But I wouldn't refer as a long term/ consistent nail salon. read more

They don't care at all. A while back I got a really shoddy pedicure had to go back in and have them redo them. Unfortunately I went back there today and got the second worst pedicure of my life. The silver is today. The pink was the time before. I can't believe they actually let people walk out like this. I've had a long day and didn't want to get into it with them or I would have. Boo. 10/10 -- Kate is THAT girl Kate is honestly amazing at what she does. Every single time I leave my appointment, my nails are perfect -- clean, detailed, and exactly what I asked for (sometimes even better than what I imagined). This is my favorite nail salon! I came in on a Friday afternoon, they were super busy with over 5 people on the waitlist, but they still got me seated in under 20 minutes. I always come here and take anyone available, but they always do a great job. Katie did my Gel-X set, and it came out exactly how I wanted! It was $88 for Gel-X, extra long, chrome, and gems. It took exactly an hour. They are super efficient, professional, and kind. Would highly recommend! read more

I love getting my nails done here. La Belle is clean and friendly. Everyone is super accommodating and professional. My favorite nail techs are Katie and Megan. I either do a gel manicure or gel x and pedicures too! I don't go anywhere else because the service is consistent and peaceful. If I have an issue, they always fix it for me. I wanted to love this salon because the prices are cheap and the work initially looks good, but after multiple visits, my experience became a nightmare. During one pedicure appointment, they noticed my big toenail was slightly broken and suggested putting acrylic over it. I trusted them because they're the professionals. Shortly after, my toenail developed a fungal infection that I am STILL dealing with four months later. I've had to see a doctor, get prescribed medication, and now I'm stuck waiting months for my toenail to heal and grow back properly. It's honestly been disgusting, painful, stressful, and embarrassing. I politely let the salon know what happened, not to attack them, but so they could improve their sanitation and prevent this from happening to other customers. Instead of concern or accountability, there was basically no care. They told me it was my skin that reacted this way to acrylic which makes no sense because I've gotten acrylic on my nails and toes before and even in instances where I had a broken nail. Against my better judgment, I gave them one final chance and got Gel-X nails done. Within ONE WEEK, three nails chipped and broke. I've consistently gotten my nails done for over three years at many salons and have NEVER had nails break this quickly. When I called, they were rude and dismissive. They said that I was probably lifting something heavy, which is impossible because I have back surgery in two weeks. They told me because it had been a week, I'd probably have to pay to fix them. I explained I live an hour away and didn't want to drive all the way there just to maybe be charged again, and their response was essentially, "There's nothing we can do." The salon may be cheap, but you truly get what you pay for. Long waits due to them taking in more customers than they can handle, poor customer service, questionable hygiene, rushed work, and now a lingering fungal infection that has cost me time, stress, and medical treatment. Saving a few dollars is absolutely not worth risking your health. Please be careful before coming here. OC has much better, cleaner and affordable nail salons than this one. read more

This is extremely unprofessional. I ended up leaving at 11:30 without having the service done because I had to be somewhere else at noon. Due to the unprofessional front office and the fact there were no other people in the center, I would not recommend coming here.

When I got the reminder text I clicked the link to cancel the appt but it automatically confirmed the appt when I clicked the link. I messaged the business through the booking site since I didn't have their contact info. The girl called me and left a voicemail asking if I was still coming (I was sick and busy with my kids which is why I couldn't come) but didn't mention a no show fee. I texted her number letting her know i messaged through the booking site. No response. A few days later I got charged $25 as a no show fee. Not super impressed with the communication interface and the lack of transparency. I'll take responsibility for agreeing to scheduling the next appointment, but I won't be returning.

After a few minutes of waiting, the previous client left, and she had me immediately lie down on the same table. They didn't wipe down the table or use sanitation/disposable cloths, which kind of bothered me. I requested for a wispy lash look. Typically at my previous appointments at various lash extension salons, the technician would ask me detailed questions about my preferences, and ask me what length, curliness, and volume I like. I wasn't asked any questions, only told to show me a picture of lashes I wanted. I felt like the extension process was fine, was poked a few times. Finally I was disappointed at how fast my lashes fell off (~5 days), which was a bummer because I got them done to look nice for a bachelorette party coming up in a week. I felt like the appointment was fast (45-55minutes).

Chloe is THE BEST! Quick, efficient, nice and CONSISTENT! Highly recommend!

The gentleman doing my pedicure implied that my feet were dry and I should upgrade my pedicure before he even looked or touched my feet, plus the water was cold. During the pedicure he agreed that I didn't have calluses. Every color I picked from the OPI binder they didn't have. It took three attempts to get a color they actually had. The shape of my nails turned out nice but the gel was very lumpy and that was what upset me the most. Either the staff did a poor job or the polish was not good.
