Went on Wednesday around 3:30 PM for a gel mani and a pedicure with polish. I was seated almost immediately and overall was in and out within 40 mins! Manicure - I ended up getting a pink jelly gel nail and am really happy with the results! I showed a reference photo and the nail tech was able to help me pick out a color. Pedicure - For my pedicure I had a mixed experience. I wanted to go with a pink polish on my toes, however, I was asked if I wanted gel instead of polish 3 separate times because "polish will chip in 2 days". She also asked me which color I wanted on my toes 3 separate times even though I had picked my color already, and then ended up selecting a color for me. I'm happy with the overall results of the pedicure but the process itself was a bit stressful. Payment - I paid with card and tipped cash and was told "next time pay with cash". Overall, I was happy with the end results and the speed and availability, but there are some things service-wise that could be improved upon.
I needed some pampering so I went to get Gel X today. I've been here once before as well and I'd say I'm still on the hunt to find a nail technician who I would like to come back to. I think that is what makes me hesitant about giving five stars despite the pretty good pricing compared to other places. I got nude chrome nails today and I did like how the color came out. My only complaint was that despite me showing pictures and sharing what shape I'd like my nails to be.. I didn't quite like how the shape came out so I had to come home and reshape them a little bit. Note that if you pay in cash, you do get a little bit of a discount and they do have an ATM inside if you need to withdraw cash. I also recommend making an appointment because they do get very busy. All in all.. I'd still come back. Just will try another nail technician next time :)
Moved away 3 years ago, but La Belle always does it right! I was back to OC for the weekend and decided I had to stop by for a gel-x mani. Hannah did my nails this time and they turned out perfect! The couple times that I've had her before were great as well. She does beautiful, consistent work!
La Belle Nails has officially earned its spot as my new go-to salon in Costa Mesa, and they completely deserve a full five stars. I came in as a walk-in and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted and seated within just five minutes. The technicians work incredibly fast without sacrificing quality, and they accomplished my wanted nail design absolutely perfectly, matching exactly what I had envisioned. The inside was admittedly pretty crowded and felt quite warm during my visit, which is worth noting, but the sheer efficiency, talent, and welcoming environment made it an amazing experience overall. If you want a salon that listens to what you want and delivers flawless results on a tight schedule, this is absolutely the spot.

I'm usually not one to go get my nails done but WOWWW Julie deserves all the love in the world bc after this set I'll forsure be coming back! And also the pricing... $71 for all of this beauty I am in awe and I cannot wait to come back!

In the last few months, I've switched over to Gel-X and La Belle has become my new go-to nail bar. They are able to take same day appointments (and walk-ins, but I always recommend calling first). The salon is always bustling, and the ladies often stay after closing time to help out those of us who get off work late. Their work is fantastic quality for the price. The designs look great, and my nails last anywhere from 3-5 weeks. Everyone is kind and professional (no pestering for up charges here!). They give you a discount if you pay in cash, and they have an ATM inside (you have to tip with cash, so don't forget if you don't want to pay the $2 fee). Located inside the old strip mall across from Vons. Definitely a hidden gem!

Michelle is always up front and is very nice & helpful. La belle also has great prices for the work they do. I appreciate them all very much. I feel well taken care of when I arrive!! I've been coming here for about 7 years now, and I honestly can't recommend this salon enough! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming, and the quality of their work is consistently amazing. For my most recent visit, I showed them a Pinterest inspiration for my nails, and one of the staff members went completely out of her way to find the exact color and glitter shade to recreate the look I wanted. She was also helping other walk-ins and appointments at the same time, which made it even more impressive that she still took the time to help me find the perfect shades. I absolutely loved how my nails turned out, and I really appreciate the care and effort they put into making sure their customers are happy. After 7 years of coming here, I can confidently say I highly recommend this salon! read more

I just moved back to Costa Mesa, and instantly knew where to get my nails done! I got a matching pedicure and manicure done by Gigi and Gracie. They were both so sweet and it was a very relaxing experience! This picture is 3 days after getting my nails done, and so in love with them! I love my nails! Hannah fixed a Gel-X set that another salon had done incorrectly. She correctly diagnosed that the sizing was off, which caused significant discomfort and a burning sensation. The difference in expertise here was truly night and day. Hannah was meticulous, gentle, and clearly very skilled. She always checked in to see if I was in any pain. The front desk staff was also incredibly accommodating, making sure I was comfortable throughout and even adjusting my arm positioning on the cushions. On top of that, their pricing is much more reasonable compared to other salons in OC. I am so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back. read more

Absolutely obsessed with my nails from La Belle Nail Spa! The attention to detail is unreal and they turned my inspo into something even better than I imagined. The design is so clean, unique, and perfectly done down to every little line and detail. Everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and professional, and the salon itself was spotless and relaxing. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and want you to leave happy. I've already gotten so many compliments on these nails and can't stop staring at them. This was my first time coming here with my sister and we had the best time! Everyone was so nice and attentive to our services. They don't care at all. A while back I got a really shoddy pedicure had to go back in and have them redo them. Unfortunately I went back there today and got the second worst pedicure of my life. The silver is today. The pink was the time before. I can't believe they actually let people walk out like this. I've had a long day and didn't want to get into it with them or I would have. Boo. 10/10 -- Kate is THAT girl Kate is honestly amazing at what she does. Every single time I leave my appointment, my nails are perfect -- clean, detailed, and exactly what I asked for (sometimes even better than what I imagined). She really takes her time and pays attention to the little details, which makes such a difference. My nails always last, the shaping is on point, and the designs are flawless. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. On top of that, she's super sweet, professional, and makes the whole appointment comfortable and fun. I always feel welcomed and taken care of. I've uploaded pictures with this review because her work speaks for itself -- the photos don't lie! I love getting my nails done here. La Belle is clean and friendly. Everyone is super accommodating and professional. My favorite nail techs are Katie and Megan. I either do a gel manicure or gel x and pedicures too! I don't go anywhere else because the service is consistent and peaceful. If I have an issue, they always fix it for me. The pricing is good compared to other places. I highly recommend! read more

For the value - would 100% go back. Service: Friendly and generally fast, most people waited 10 mins (11am Sunday) Design: Overall happy, wouldn't ask for the flower again as it seemed out of their wheelhouse but loved how the French mani turned out.
