Angel took the time to explain and actually show us where the issue was and what he did to resolve it. While he was here I also took advantage to ask him about our sewer line and what we could do to perform maintenance on the line from our house to the sewer line on the street and he took the time to explain how the system works and what we could do to perform the service in the future along with a quote that came in a lot less than other plumbers were quoting me on Yelp. One very late night I noticed we no longer had cold water. I immediately knew something was wrong with our water heater but who was going to come by at midnight to check it out?! Rudy's Rooter did! I called and immediately got a response. They came down and investigated and discovered it was a minor problem but the problem couldn't be solved that night because a part needed to be ordered which was still under my water heater warranty. we had a weird project, a sink trap that needed installing outside. Got a lot of estimates in the $3-400 range (and we had all the parts, it just had to get connected.) and that was way too much. These guys came in with a more reasonable estimate and did the job on the spot, it works great and no one tried to upsell me stuff like some of the other estimators did. Yelp didn't let me check in but I have to write my review on this plumbing company. I used the Yelp feature to have companies quote me on a job and I received responses from four. Some weren't clearly reading my email because they said they didn't do appliance repairs which was not my ask. I need the plumbing to be corrected for my dishwasher along with a vent to be added. Well I received the response from Angels plumbing who'd be glad to quote the job. Was a skeptical? Yes since I was looking for reviews and there weren't in. Well they came out, quoted me the job and took care of the plumbing for the dishwasher to ensure proper draining. Ever get that funky smell? That was my issue due to poor installation from the original contractor. Now I've used Angels again during father's day weekend since we had an issue with an upstairs bathroom, it was not an urgent job. but since we were having other work done he wanted to take the opportunity to look at the plumbing. He found the issue, wrong connector used by our lazy ex-contractor and corrected the drain. I felt bad he worked on fathers day but he did save me $ since another plumber wanted to charge $6k since he would have to break tile in the bathroom to fix the issue. Angel looked at me and said that just going through the ceiling he would be able to find the issue and he did. They are very reasonable and will be my go to plumber's from now on. read more

Home Depot came out to install a new dishwasher but couldn't turn the water off under the sink and said to call a plumber to replace the valve under sink (angle stop?). I spend hours requesting quotes and calling plumbers on a Sunday morning. Angel L. responded right away on Yelp and we spoke on phone soon after. He told me he would come after another job. As soon as he arrived he was able to shut off valve with no effort. He had quoted a super fair price especially for coming out on a Sunday. He was so honest and said I didn't need the part replaced.
