When Mr plumber came out to replace a garbage disposal he noticed the wires leading to the disposal were worn and rusted - Mr plumber advised me to have an electrician check the connections out before he would install the disposal- the electrician came the next day and confirmed wiring was bad - electrician said most plumbers don't check electrical they just install disposal as is - Mr plumbers attention to the little details, quality of work, quick response were outstanding so I'll continue to you him in the future read more

Was overcharged for replacing a few gas valves (which i was told from an honest plumbing company that weren't the problem) and he didn't acknowledge the pipe/location where i told him was making the gas leak detector go off originally with the gas company guy. Gave me a run around response saying it could be anything else and he would have to return another time for another over the top estimate. The fix required two people which was why he didn't want to acknowledge where i told him to look since he was by himself. Very disappointed in oscar. Writing this review for my sister who manages some apartments and doesn't have a yelp account. She found Mr. Plumber today after her normal go-to plumber rudely told her to find someone else. So find someone else she did! Mr. Plumber was among the top of the list in our area. From the first time she spoke with Oscar, I think she had a good feeling. He was friendly on the phone and told her he'd be able to come out today and amazingly gave her a half hour window that he would arrive and ended up arriving even earlier than expected, which was astonishing (in a good way) considering the old plumber she used would give a four hour window and would sometimes not even show up at all.
