Last night our shower water went ice cold. When we went out to investigate, our water heater was leaking from the bottom of the cylinder. I sent out a project request and Jason was one of the first people to respond. He was prompt, polite, honest, and able to fit us in on our preferred time frame for the following morning. Jason and his crew were very knowledgeable, hardworking, and had great energy. Fairly priced and quality work with clear communication, reliability, and cleanliness. I thought i had a clogged toilet that just wouldn't budge, but it ended up blocking the main line and sewage backed up into my bathroom! Jason investigated the issue and found that the flippers who did my house did not use proper fittings, or turns in the pipe, mismatch pipe sizes and not to code. This was causing stuff to get stuck instead of flowing. While under my house he also found a leaking fresh water pipe, that was luckily just a strong drip and not spray. He showed me videos of all the issues and showed me the ones that i could see without being under the house so that i could really understand what was going on. He fixed everything up for me, meeting code compliance and testing that everything worked well. Took a few days. He hydrojetted the waste pipes, power washed my driveway to clean it after the digging work, installed bidets, removed all trash, and provided a 1 year warranty. I will definitely be calling Jason again if i have plumbing needs in the future. read more

I found a new plumbing company run by Jason and his dad through Yelp. I had two issues: a leaking faucet and a leaking shower pipe. Choice Home Warranty denied my claim, saying the problems weren't due to wear and tear and that tiles might need to be broken to access the pipes.
