Did a great job repairing a bent wheel on my Lexus RX 350. perfectly balanced and very quick…read moreturnaround.

Absolutely terrible experience!…read more After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. This experience made me feel dismissed, disrespected, and taken advantage of, please stay away

My husband's review of Wheels America (WA): "I was looking for a full size rim for our Nissan D21…read morepickup spare tire to match the OEM rims on the truck. Online research lead to Wheels America. They had exactly one rim of the size and part # I needed and it was for a reasonable price, so I ordered it on the spot. While waiting on the rim I did a little more research for customer reviews. What I read was pretty awful and put knots in my stomach. But come what may, I made my choice and paid my money. Caveat Emptor. That being said, my rim arrived eight days later and it was exactly what I ordered, and in excellent condition. I was both very relieved and impressed with the condition of the rim. Maybe I got lucky with my purchase, who knows. But Wheels America came through for me. I give them a solid 4 stars. They don't get a full 5 stars because I received absolutely no purchase confirmation or shipping emails from them. All I got was an alert the day my CC had been charge for the rim then the rim just magically appeared at my door eight days later. I called WA several times but the phone was never answered, so yeah, I was sweating it out and trying to decide if I should dispute the charge. Anyhow, all's well now. WA could have earned 5 stars if they had just sent my a couple of status emails (and I did check my Junk mail folder periodically too)."

Be very wary of doing business with this company. I bought reconditioned wheels and sent my old…read morewheels back via their pre-printed labels for core charge. They received the wheels but have never paid me. Have repeatedly given me the runaround, "checking with accounting." I think this is part of their business strategy. There's a word for taking things without paying...
