Just 10 miles down the road it did indeed overheat again. The next mechanic put radiator fluid in the actual radiator and everything was fine. Apparently elite auto solution did not put the radiator fluid into the actual radiator but into the Reservoir instead. And overcharged me as well. I would not recommend this company.
