Outstanding Customer Service!! This was my very first rim & tire purchase ever...I was absolutely certain I would choose the wrong look for my car so I asked the Manager (D. Brown) for assistance. He recommended a set of rims & tires - even showed me what they would look like by placing one by my vehicle...but I was still terrified of making the wrong choice. D patiently assisted me as I browsed the showroom & even educated me on the different styles & bolt patterns of rims as well as the different variety of tires. He patiently assisted me as I thumbed through several catalogs....for 3.5 hrs!!! That's right, I was indecisive for 3.5 hours - viewing hundreds of rims in the showroom, catalogs & on the internet...I finally made my decision - chosing the tires & rims D had originally recommended!!! Despite the fact I spent 3.5 hours only to come full circle, D & the Staff remained courteous! I returned the following day for purchase & installation and was treated like a VIP Client! The entire Staff was very personable, friendly & helpful through the entire process. stay away from buckner store! i purchased a set cash..yes they were used but not put on properly, no balance, no center hubs. returned to buckner store had no choice but to rent a set. same issue happened but even worse. i called spoke with miranda and amad manager. he stated i am not going to do this with you bring me my rims and for the tire shop telling you that all this tell them to give you a set(keep in mind pep boys does all there alignments) amad rude! for better service go to the irving location on irving blvd and deal with tony and his crew ethan..he will take good care of you..made my payment reasonable...communicated well and will do a follow up call to assure everything is going good and not only that he shined them bad boys up before leaving! i will never go to the buckner location! irving location will forever have my business! read more

I knew what type of wheel I wanted for my 2013 Camaro when I went into the store. The staff was very helpful, but was unable to find anything similar to what I wanted in the store or in their catalogue. I purchased my own rims on line and had them shipped to the store. I purchased the tires from rent-a-tire. They made the process very easy. I came in the day my rims were delivered . They already knew the type and size of tire I would need. I purchased a set of 22 for my 94 Chevy Silverado Pickup truck. The office manager was very knowledgeable of the products and service that was provided. He advised me as to what tires would be best for the type of truck I had. He told me about the warranty and the Nitro Air that is now inflated into the tires for better gas mileage. Ok I have a flat tire and I took it to Rent A Tire. I had paid out my account a year ago. Well They pulled my car in and told me that my tire need to be replaced. So I as asked how much was a new tire. The guy asked me did I get the one year warrant. I couldn't remember if I did but I did. So I went to my car and give them the papers that I had. I was so happy that I had it. I only had to pay $45 for a new tire. Keep in mind the was about 189.00 before taxes. They were really professional and helpful. read more
