Popped in here for a quick late lunch the other day. Luckily there was no line. The entrance is unsafe so be careful. I turned in on Copper which really seems like a one-way exit from the drive thru making the real entrance off Campbell. Ordering was no joy. You read the menu then turn the corner to the squackbox. I could barely hear the woman speaking and apparently this made her angry enough to yell at me. Then you awkwardly pay at the machine and pickup on a shelf. They really need to rethink all of this. I've come back here four more times in the last couple of weeks, and overall it's been great. Occasionally the steak or chicken is overcooked, and once the sweet potatoes were burnt, but most visits have been solid. I've learned to either order a regular bowl and add an extra portion of protein ($2 for chicken and about $7 for steak), or get the protein bowl, which comes with three customizable sides. The Falafa salad had a grilled chickpea paddy that was very well seasoned and came with a Greek dressing. I also ordered a Cobb salad but chose the Greek dressing over the Blue Cheese it normally comes with. I'm not a Blue Cheese fan. I ordered Angie"s last night for delivery. I ordered almost $50.00 of food and had french fries only delivered. I reached out to my driver who was told that the order was complete by the store employee. No fault of the driver. The store did not pay attention to my whole order. When the driver went back to get the rest of the food she found that the store was being run by a bunch of teenagers. She spoke with the manager who told her they would not remake the order. I asked the driver if she could give her phone to the manager as there is no phone number to reach out to the actual restaurant, the manager refused to speak to me. I have tried to reach out to corporate to file complaint. That is just a loop that keeps asking for the same info. I will NEVER eat at any Angie's restaurants. This was my first time and the experience was so horrible I won't give them a second chance. I will do a YELP review and anything else I can to let everyone know what horrible service and employees that don't care. Apparently this is how Angie's does business. Caesar Salad with grilled chicken is so good! I recommend ordering online because the drive thru takes forever. Even though the online ordering system says it will take 30 mins, it didn't. I walked into Angie's and was able to tell them I was there for my two salads and they made them on the spot. I had never been inside but it's literally just a waiting area for pick up orders. They have two ordering screens in case you don't want to go though the drive thru. But salad pricing is really reasonable. The food here was really good! I saw some reviews mentioning long lines and limited parking, and I get those concerns but the quality and freshness of the food definitely make up for it. Came here on the way back from the hospital and it was exactly what we needed. We ordered for pick up and it was ready incredibly fast. For $5, the quality and amount of food you're getting can't be beat. I got the bbq ranch chicken bowl and loved it! Their food is great, but for a drive-through only location, the wait times astronomical. Sometimes I've had to wait 40 minutes plus to get a burrito that I ordered online (and can't cancel). And the quality of preparation by staff is hit or miss depending on the day. Angie's recently changed your online ordering system? It seems like now when I place an order for ASAP pickup, it "schedules" it for like 30 minutes later, so when I showed up at the store drive thru 8 minutes later they told me they didn't have my order. Then I gave them the order number and they said it "wasn't due for another 20 minutes" (there was nobody else in line at the store). On an unrelated note, when they finally made me the order, they poured me the energy drink about 1/4 empty. Like a full inch below the marker on the cup. This concept is so exciting but very poorly executed. Tried their breakfast burrito and everything from the ordering experience to pickup and food quality was not good. The drive through has a clunky ordering experience where you tap to pay at the order box. They might as well just do keyosk only ordering. Went with the breakfast burrito, was charged for a substitution that was no cost online. They offered extra toppings to make up for the error but I wasn't interested. The burrito was the most flavorless one I've ever had. Bacon was fatty and not good quality, the scrambled eggs and they were completely flavorless. The potatoes were incredibly greasy with no seasoning. The grilled burrito is just a raw tortilla put on a grill press, leaving part of the tortilla uncooked and chewy. Salsa and hot sauce couldn't even save the meal. For $6 I paid for an inedible burrito. If breakfast was this bad, I can only imagine their lunch and dinner aren't exceptional either. The downside was their drive through. It is small and not setup well. There are two lanes that backed up into the limited parking. The two lanes merge into one lane. I have to say, I almost avoided coming here after reading some of the reviews but I'm really glad I gave it a chance because this place exceeded my expectations! It helps to check out the menu online before you arrive so you don't hold up the drive-thru line. We ordered two warm bowls: the Mexican bowl with steak and the Asian bowl with chicken. You can choose from a warm bowl, salad, or burrito, and you're able to customize your order by removing ingredients or adding extras like avocado or extra protein. The portion sizes were generous. Both bowls came with rice and were layered with fresh ingredients. The Asian bowl came with warm rice, cucumbers, purple onions, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and added chicken. It includes teriyaki sauce on the side (in a packet), and you can request extra sauce or swap it for a different one. The Mexican bowl came with rice, cheese, purple onion, avocado, and added steak. There's a small entrance for pickups, but no indoor seating. The drive-thru line might look long, but trust me it's worth the wait! The chicken is good, but you can upgrade to the steak, which is also good. There's even shrimp! The warm bowls--which replaces salad greens with freshly-made brown rice--are a huge hit. The Asian Bowl, loaded with broccoli and sweet potatoes, is something you absolutely have to try. What needs work: Not all the flavors are good. Cobb is great, Asian is great, but Greek is like a vinegar bomb. The drinks also suck--the lemonade is terrible. The first time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after it happened again, it's clear there's a serious problem with cleanliness and food safety here. I had ordered the surf & turf on a Cobb salad from the Angie's Prime Lobster location. I ordered online, added Parm cheese and Feta as additional along with extra Blue Cheese crumbles. I also changed out the dressing to the Greek vinaigrette. First mistake, I should have checked the order before going home. The dressing was correct along with the extra blue cheese crumbles. But, no Parm, no Feta, no egg and no avocado. The Cobb salad by default comes with the egg and avocado. You would think that those would be included... Second mistake, I should have taken the order back to get it corrected considering I paid extra for the add ons... On the bright side the surf and turf is excellent!
