Popped in here for a quick late lunch the other day. Luckily there was no line. The entrance is unsafe so be careful. I turned in on Copper which really seems like a one-way exit from the drive thru making the real entrance off Campbell. Ordering was no joy. You read the menu then turn the corner to the squackbox. I could barely hear the woman speaking and apparently this made her angry enough to yell at me. Then you awkwardly pay at the machine and pickup on a shelf. They really need to rethink all of this. That all being said I tried the limited time only Crunch $?!& Supreme with beef chorizo for $5! IT WAS AWESOME! Oh man was it good. The perfect grill for that perfect crunch. Drippy sauce. Nice peppery flavor. I wanted to turn right back around and get another but "the ordering" process :/ I have one on my side of town I'll be hitting up. Hopefully that goes a little smoother because that Crunch was GOOD EATIN'!

Cobb Salad with Greek Dressing

This has to be one of the best and healthiest places that I've ever been to. I ordered two salad thur the drive thur window. The salads are $ 5.00 each and it's an amazing deal for top notch quality. The Falafa salad had a grilled chickpea paddy that was very well seasoned and came with a Greek dressing. I also ordered a Cobb salad but chose the Greek dressing over the Blue Cheese it normally comes with. I'm not a Blue Cheese fan. The salad was amazing There's no dine in available and they don't accept cash so don't forget your card or phone to pay for it. I posted a picture of the Cobb Salad.

Caesar Salad with grilled chicken is so good! I recommend ordering online because the drive thru takes forever. Even though the online ordering system says it will take 30 mins, it didn't. I walked into Angie's and was able to tell them I was there for my two salads and they made them on the spot. I had never been inside but it's literally just a waiting area for pick up orders. They have two ordering screens in case you don't want to go though the drive thru. But salad pricing is really reasonable. I've also tried the Asian bowl and that one has to be my favorite of all time. Overall great customer service and easy to order and pay. They do not accept cash at all.

Cobb salad with chicken. Greek salad with steak. 2 cokes.

The wait time is so longggg. Over 1/2 hour in the drive thru line and there's no way out once you're in line. They are so short staffed and there's always new employees. I would not come here but my son loves the Greek salad.

The food here was really good! I saw some reviews mentioning long lines and limited parking, and I get those concerns but the quality and freshness of the food definitely make up for it. We tried the steak Mexican bowl and the chicken Asian bowl and both were delicious. The portions are generous, and I had no issues with the service. If you're willing to wait it out in the drive thru, I think you'll find the food well worth it. I would definitely recommend

Finally made it to try out Angies Grill, Ive been to Angies Lobster which is delicious so I knew Angies Grill would also be just as great. I opted for the Chicken Cesar salad, its made fresh & with plenty of chicken. Amazing deal at only $4.99 for only $1.29 more you can add a refreshing drink. The portion is huge a super value that all should try , as you will leave happy & satisfied with a full tummy.

Flavorless breakfast

This concept is so exciting but very poorly executed. Tried their breakfast burrito and everything from the ordering experience to pickup and food quality was not good. The drive through has a clunky ordering experience where you tap to pay at the order box. They might as well just do keyosk only ordering. Went with the breakfast burrito, was charged for a substitution that was no cost online. They offered extra toppings to make up for the error but I wasn't interested. The burrito was the most flavorless one I've ever had. Bacon was fatty and not good quality, the scrambled eggs and they were completely flavorless. The potatoes were incredibly greasy with no seasoning. The grilled burrito is just a raw tortilla put on a grill press, leaving part of the tortilla uncooked and chewy. Salsa and hot sauce couldn't even save the meal. For $6 I paid for an inedible burrito. If breakfast was this bad, I can only imagine their lunch and dinner aren't exceptional either. Too many other better options within walking distance of this place to get better food for incrementally more money.

They handed me a "full" energy drink.

Their food is great, but for a drive-through only location, the wait times astronomical. Sometimes I've had to wait 40 minutes plus to get a burrito that I ordered online (and can't cancel). And the quality of preparation by staff is hit or miss depending on the day. Angie's recently changed your online ordering system? It seems like now when I place an order for ASAP pickup, it "schedules" it for like 30 minutes later, so when I showed up at the store drive thru 8 minutes later they told me they didn't have my order. Then I gave them the order number and they said it "wasn't due for another 20 minutes" (there was nobody else in line at the store). On an unrelated note, when they finally made me the order, they poured me the energy drink about 1/4 empty. Like a full inch below the marker on the cup. I asked if they could fill it the rest of the way, and they told me there was "nothing we can do about it".

Asian chicken warm bowl. Very good
Jim S.

Interesting. I got the Asian chicken warm bowl. It was really good and filling. Veggie were nice and fresh. The chicken was flavorful. Not a big fan of brown rice though. The downside was their drive through. It is small and not setup well. There are two lanes that backed up into the limited parking. The two lanes merge into one lane. The place to order is immediately before the food pickup so it backs up Food is good but the logistics of getting parked and or drive through will likely keep me from coming back

Salad instead of the rice I ordered.
Laura H.

Second visit and the line was a lot quicker than when they first opened. This time I got smart and ordered only one protein and got the right protein however, I ordered a warm bowl with RICE and the lukewarm protein came on top of salad. I don't know what it takes to get a correct order in a drive-through, especially because it was only one item and one drink.

I was charged, given a confirmation number, and a pickup time of 7:37pm. When I arrived just after 7:30pm for my takeout, the employee came to the window and told me that they closed early and aren't doing anymore orders. When I showed him my confirmation email receipt he told me it doesn't matter and that I needed to go home. When I explained that I already paid and asked for a refund he flat out said no and that it's not his problem. When I pressed further for an explanation to why their website would take an order if they're closed and demanded a refund, he pretended not to understand me anymore and told me to leave. Caravan Grill is open until 8pm, this can be confirmed on Google and the hours posted on their door. I'm beyond frustrated that they would take my order, charge my card, and send me a confirmation email with a pickup time only to close early. Additionally, how can you charge me and then not provide the service I paid for and deny me a refund? Lastly, why the rude attitude with me like I'm at fault for ordering food. This is absolutely insane business practice. It truly feels illegal, because WTF am I suppose to do? They stole $50 from me! Confirmation email attached for proof

Their pita is really thin and not my favorite and the falafel, although fried well, is fairly bland for me/ not seasoned the way I prefer it. I liked the filling of the spinach pastries, these are pretty simple in terms of flavor but I enjoyed dipping them in the hummus and Baba ganoush. I ate here once for lunch as well as one time for a complimentary dinner meal they generously offered in a giveaway collaboration with Tucson Food Tours. The owner seemed kind. During the complimentary meal I shared the table with other people who got selected to participate and several of them have never had middle eastern food before. The owner was welcoming and informative to them and in general seemed lovely. The food tasted fresh and made with care. The first time I came on my own I was a little confused on whether it was table service or counter service, still not sure if that shifts depending on the day and time. They have a patio with outdoor tables. My general rating system: 1 star: I would stay away 2 stars: Has some good things about it but I generally don't recommend. 3 stars: Pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but a decent place 4 stars: Great place. I would go back. 5 stars: I highly recommend stopping whatever you are doing and making plans to try it out! An Evie favorite!

The chicken skewers were tender, the beef koobideh had great flavor and the saffron rice, pickled vegetables and grilled tomatoes tied everything together. We chose the dolmehs (x6, I ate one before taking the photo) and the two baklavas with our family meal and both were delicious. The owner is also the chef and he truly puts his heart into this restaurant. Every time we have gone, whether it is just us or when we bring family and guests, he always makes a point to say hello, visit our table and make us feel welcome. It adds so much charm to this delicious spot. They also have a huge selection of Ready Meals made in house by the owner. The flavors are fresh and feel like home cooked food made from the heart. It is an amazing option for meal prep because nothing feels repetitive. Prices are competitive with meal prep services and the portions have plenty of protein.
