They either speak English or they don't but there's always at least one English speaking person in the salon. She talked to her coworkers in their native language, there was a small communication barrier so maybe that's why. After my feet were done. I was told to seat in an empty area and wait for someone to come get me for my nails So I was not pleased with the customer service. Next are on to my nails they called me over and she was more friendly and sweet. She stated that she did everything. I asked for a specific type of style and she said no problem. I also had to ask for new filer and ensure I was hygienic for myself... I told her I like them thin and of course she agreed but they were not what I wanted she stated it was because of the style.
