I was seated immediately and they started my pedicure. They are sanitary- the bowls are lined and they wear gloves. They either speak English or they don't but there's always at least one English speaking person in the salon. It's clearly not but who's going back and forth with anyone? Not me. Take a look at what I wanted vs what they gave. Also, after I witnessed the struggle, I said don't even add the flower. So I left kinda pleased with my nails that they gave me...and one popped off the next day right where the nail is added, so the glue wasn't good enough to keep the nail stuck to my nail. I walk in and get it fixed by who did em. The next day another different nail pops off in the same place right where the nail is glued to my nail. I walk in someone else fixes that nail. Later in the evening, same day another nail pops off same spot. I walked in got it fixed by who initially did my nails. Now last night another nail popped off. I'm beyond frustrated dealing with this. I don't get nails often anymore but when I do I expect them to stay on longer than 2/3 days. I just had nails in February that didn't pop off (done at Rosa's nails). I do appreciate them fixing em at the same time I don't want to be Right BACK at the nail shop after my full set for repairs. Another note, while I was there for my initial visit two separate ladies came back for nails that they wanted finished correctly, they helped one lady, they didn't understand the younger girl so I don't blame her she went next door, got the materials she needed and came back to use their uv light!
