Angie's is a family owned restaurant with the sweetest staff. They truly treat you like family here! I recommend their beans and greens and their spinach calzone! They are a BYOB which is always a plus! The Christmas decorations are so fun and abundant! The space is great for larger parties as well!

An old fashioned original -home style Italian cuisine that is delicious. Personal favorite? Anything with spinach. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy that the pasta is fresh and the menu isn't 40 pages long. It's straight to the point and you know what you're getting based on what is listed under the pasta shape. My short rib ricotta gnocchi was good but I do wish it had a bit more salt to bring more of the flavor to the front. The gnocchi texture was perfect and pillowy. The short rib mixed in nicely with all of the pasta and the sauce. My spouse enjoyed the cannelloni, which was pretty much their lasagna but also wanted a bit more salt. Our server was very nice and walked us through the menu options as well as told us about the seafood special for the night. The bread came out first and was delicious. The salad was also good and I don't usually like arugula. You could tell the ingredients were fresh and I enjoy that they take the time to do that. The space is very cute and you can't really miss it even with it being in an executive building. It's a smaller area but it can seat a good amount of people. We noticed they had a pasta making class so maybe next time we're in town, we can do it. The red sangria had a great balance where it wasn't too sweet. We didn't do dessert but we did enjoy the digestif at the end with limoncello and my spouse ate the amaretti cookies as I couldn't.

The pasta shapes are unlike anything else you'll find in Western PA. They even offer complimentary limoncello and Amaretti cookies to end your meal, which is a really nice touch. They have family style options for groups who want to try a variety of dishes, but the menu is just as fitting for a date night. Bonus: the leftovers taste just as good the next day! The space can get a bit loud with high ceilings and a full house, but the lively energy reflects how much people are enjoying the experience. Service was friendly and helpful with suggestions. The owner even stopped by tables to check on guests. It's tucked inside an industrial park and may be a little tricky to find if you're unfamiliar with the area, but GPS and signage get you there without much trouble. Definitely worth the visit!

The interior has an overall modern feel and tables are well spaced out so you don't feel overcrowded. Portions are generally really large (which is great, because food is pretty pricey). I've been able to make two or three meals out of one entree here. Overall, service is pretty good but can be hit or miss. There was one day that I think they must have been having an off night because everyone seemed crazy stressed and very short with us when questions were asked. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the side salad was. It was a great balance/mix of ingredients with delicious dressing. My main entree (Strozzapretti) was tasty but a bit seemed like there was a bit too much grease/oil or something that made the dish seem heavier than it needed to be. In general, a tasty place but could improve if service was more consistent.

Street parking (free after six) but make sure to make a reservation.. this place gets BUSY! The Brussels - to die for! The beans and greens have sauce in them too - also very good! Both appeared to be full size apps too! I was stuffed when my pasta came but it was so good! The cannoli was def a 'I will take that to go' item. Def a must got back kinda place!

No issues with service and the appetizers were fine (Brussels were fantastic, others were decent). But for my main course I ordered the special, which was gnocchi. The portion was generous which was great, but the gnocchi just wasn't cooked right. Each bite would stick inside my mouth and I had a tough time scraping the dough residue out of the inside of my mouth at times. I've ordered gnocchi many times and never once had this experience at a restaurant. I DID have a similar experience when I tried making it at home, hence why I like to instead order it out and expect it to be cooked correctly. The "house made marinara" was okay, but a little bland and watery so it wasn't enough to save the dish for me. Perhaps it was just an off night or off dish, so given the other high ratings I wouldn't necessarily write this place off, but I was certainly expecting more for a place like this. Maybe skip the gnocchi if you go here.

Not sure what happened there - got some other pasta (can't remember the name) that was so bland, thought it came from costco - the bread: what's up with some American based Italian restaurants. Put some effort in the bread you serve - we had some different ladies serve us after a while and when we asked for the spicy olive oil they said they don't have it. I thought they were just trying to get done for the day vs actually serving us
