This place has been a headache since I bought my car from them. It was unfortunately a Chevy and the check engine light came on a little after 30 days after owning it. and the Ford people told me they can't work on it, they're not entirely sure what's wrong with the car. The oil changes take at least two hours even with appointment. I'm not really sure what the point of having an appointment is at this point. Today I went in with my 845 reservation, thinking it was gonna take about an hour for an oil change.. the text said they're about two hours behind All in all, I only come here because I have free oil changes after that I will stop coming here. The sales team is nice, but their service is just so bad. I wish they tried harder for customer satisfaction like Nick or their sales team.

No plastic was put over the drivers seat and they always did that before. Employees working the counter were extremely nice, so I definitely have no complaint about them. Pads weren't put on the car like normal. Apparently they were rushed and didn't do anything like they have. I've used them for years and this was the first time I ever complained.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Texas Tire #23 due to their poor customer service. I visited the shop to have new tires, which I had already purchased, installed on my truck. However, the staff insisted that my new tires were of poor quality and refused to install them, pressuring me to buy tires from their store instead. This led to a heated argument involving the owner and the employees, and ultimately, we had to involve the police. Despite the police's intervention, the shop still demanded that I arrange a tow truck to remove my vehicle from their premises. Throughout this ordeal, the shop owner made racially insensitive comments, tried to provoke me into a physical altercation, and continued to harass me even after the tow truck arrived. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a distressing situation where a customer had to call for towing assistance just to remove their vehicle from the shop's property. read more

I've reported once before but just can not say enough about the service David and his Crew has done for me and my daughter with her Jeep Conversion. Here Jeep was not totally completed before school started back and a part delay set the after finish up for the next time. We will be in today with her in town to wrap up a beautiful conversion job design by her installed and order by Texas Tire of Waxahachie. After spending a few minutes looking at the car the mechanic said one of the allen head bolts was stripped on the a-arm, and he could not do the alignment. I took the car back home, replaced the stripped bolt and took it back today for the alignment. The mechanic spent the time to do it right, and showed me the printout of before and after alignment specs which are now dead-on as recommended by Acura. These guys are not a big-name shop, but they do understand how to do things right the first time. They are easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I will send them other business and be back when I need other service as well.

After extensive investigation I have concluded the tires play no role in the alignment as it is done off the wheels and Sergio at Gio's was trying to take advantage of my young daughter.

I have been using this Sardis Tire location for more than 10 years. It is only now that it is…read moreunfortunate to have to give a bad review. However prior to today's experience, I think I saw it coming. The guy who runs this location used to be very nice and professional. Well now there is today. Before today, the last time I came in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced; as I have done at least 10 times before. It was not until the last time and today that everything ultimately changed. I understand prices went up during and after Covid and I adjusted with them even here at Sardis. Well my last visit, the owner or guy who runs this location tried to tell me that I paid more than I did the last time; seemingly to get more money out of me. Not only did he try to get more money out of me by telling me that I did indeed pay more. They also mounted the tires backwards. The tire are clearly marked inside and outside. He tried to tell me that my tires were not directional but he could not explain to me why they were marked inside and outside. Let me pause here to say that I used to run my own auto performance shop where one of the things we performed was mounting and balancing of tires; so I at least know a good bit about tires and the business. Now back to the problem where the owner tried to tell me I paid more the last time. The problem that I had to point out is the receipt that he gave me the last time that I paid cash. It showed how much I paid for the same size tires on the same car. Then he tries to back pedal and tell me that it must have been a mistake; yet it is also what I paid prior to that. That time ended quickly. Now comes today. When I first came in and asked him about doing the same thing he had done previous times, he tried to say that they could not do the job because their machines could not handle the low profile. I reminded him that he had done this on my car the previous 2 times I had been there. He back peddled and said well let me see if my guys think they could do it. Of course they could because they are the same exact crew from every other time I have been there. Ok so he did not quote me but the guy who was doing the work did. He quoted me $50 at 1st thinking that I was going to pay for disposal. I told him that I always take my old tires with me. He then says it will be $40. That's fine because that is what I paid the last 2 times. Let me be clear. This is for only 2 tires. He completes the job and takes me inside to pay. That's when it gets bad. The owner tells me $60. I said it is only supposed to be $40. He point to his signs and goes around the world to try to explain wheels and tires. I told him that I have paid $40 the last 2 times for the exact same thing. Then he starts to tell me that I paid $60 before. I told him that this is not true. He keeps saying that. I told him that I brought $40 cash with me because that has been what has always been since the last price change and his employee that did the work even quoted me $40 outside before he got started. Then he insulted his employee by saying "well he is just a worker and it does not matter what he says." The look on the employee's face was priceless. He goes back to telling me it is $60 because of disposal. I said I am taking my old tires with me. Then he says well give me $50 although you paid $60 the last time and we disposed of your tires. I reminded him that I have never paid for disposal because always take my old tires. He says well you need to pay $50 because that is what you paid. I had to point out to him the previous problem we had with improper mounting and the price. So I asked him if he was calling me a liar. He just kept trying to find any other lie to support his claims but he could not. He did not want to listen to me so he kept over talking me because that is what people do when they know they are wrong. Long story short he told me to never come back again. He took my $40 and yes I will never go back to this Sardis Tire. This guy is getting old and his lies are getting worse. He is plain rude and needs to let someone else run the place. Make sure you get whatever he quotes you before they do anything and get him to write you a receipt so you have proof of what you pay because he will try to lie and wiggle more money out of anyone!
