While service is generally quick, and the person at the register is helpful. They're always hustle and bustling too much to engage in conversation. Ambience is a situational thing, but I've never had a problem. People are usually busy talking on the phone or just waiting for their food. I can't say I have ever enjoyed spaghetti in a fast food setting before. The burger wasn't bad. Neither was the chicken sandwich. The fries were mid. I didn't try the fried chicken which looking back that's actually the staple of the place, but I wasn't in the mood. The service was good. Didn't wait long for the order. I wasn't a fan of the digital menu screen changing constantly while I was trying to mentally arrange my order. But all in all good food.

I stopped by here on 02/01/2025 to try it out. Since there was no parking at the gas station, I parked my car at the 7-Eleven lot next door. The setup here was similar to other KKC locations. I was helped by two men behind the counter. Both were friendly and helpful. I got the Chicken + Tenders Family Meal. It had 12 pieces of chicken, six tenders, six biscuits, and potato wedges. The total, with tax, was close to $47. Overall, everything was good. The fried chicken and tenders were well-seasoned, crunchy, and juicy; the honey biscuits were fresh and tasty; and the potato wedges were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is right next to the Clarion Hotel. You will see the flag banner right outside and signs pointing you to the door. Ring the doorbell and someone will meet you at the door to ask for your name. We ordered the family meal which consists of 12 piece chicken, 6 biscuits and family sized potato wedges. The chicken was very krispy and had the same good flavor and seasoning as other Krispy Krunchy locations. The sizes of the chicken pieces were pretty large too and not tiny drumsticks or wings. The honey biscuits were soft and not too dense where you feel like your mouth is dry with every bite. The potato wedges were also perfectly crisp and seasoned, however, I do wish the potato wedges portion was bigger considering this is a family meal. There wasn't an option to select sauces in the app, so make sure you write it in the special instructions.
